I called to get an estimate on two bed rooms and living room, the man who I talked to was pretty nice at the beginning and gave me prices (I am moving from Burns and they said it was an extra fee to drive there, which was fine). I called back again to see how much it would be for just the living room and the same man I had talked to moments before answered and very rudely told me it wouldn’t be worth driving there for just a living room and hung up on me. I would have been willing to pay the fee for the drive there. Never hang up on a potential customer while they have questions and are still taking.
