I called at 3:30am during the August storm, needed some help with our sump that overflowed; T&J was a subcontractor of the company I called. Todd showed up the next day to assess, and sent a crew as promised and truly did an AMAZING job with the mitigation of our basement -- Peter and Simon removed soaked carpet until 1am (we ok'd the late night as well,) and came back the next morning at 8:30am to finish the drywall removal. They were super polite and worked so hard. A couple weeks later there was still a very faint smell, and JJ resprayed and scoured the basement for anything that was missed (a small square of carpet in a closet, and an item that was in the closet.) No smell anymore! We had some questions on our bill which Todd addressed and corrected, much appreciated. Excellent mitigation company. Never fun to deal with this, but it was handled quickly and thoroughly. Great job.
