H2NO is a permanent favorite in my contact list. Brett & Matt are incredible owners & now new friends after working with them for the past three months. In October, we discovered our dishwasher had been leaking…which caused black mold & ruined a ton of stuff in our house. We had our insurance adjustor out & he highly recommended H2NO Mitigation & Restoration. They were immediate with their response & so kind on the phone. Matt & his crew showed up the next day to get started with the mitigation side which included lots of demo from all the water/mold-damaged items. Within a couple of hours, they had everything cleaned out & began the drying process. Matt did an exceptional job walking me through each step of the process along with answering all my questions. He did an outstanding job making sure that all the mold was gone & everything dried appropriately. Once that was all situated we got started on the restoration part which is where Brett comes in! He helped steer me in the right direction when it came to picking out new flooring, cabinets, trim, baseboards, backsplash, countertops & paint. One of Brett’s workers Mike put our new flooring down & was phenomenal! Every day showing up with a big smile on his face & very personable! He did an amazing job on our floors & baseboards along with our new backsplash in our kitchen along with other odds & ends around! He does it all! He was always making sure I loved everything! Another gentleman from Brett's team Dustin then came to install our kitchen cabinets with Brett & countertops & OMG I am obsessed. They truly made my white kitchen dreams come true! Dustin was so friendly & made sure everything in the kitchen was perfect! Brett was so patient when helping me understand the whole insurance side of this project & what is covered etc. Brett always checked in with me to make sure I was in love with each step of restoring my kitchen & other parts of the house. He provided top-notch communication! Brett was very patient when it came to trying to figure out my silly terms as I tried my best to describe different stuff in our house. Brett is very knowledgeable, genuine, and caring! My daughter always loved interacting with them & they were all so kind & patient with her! H2NO’s whole team was very professional and respectful of my property during the entire mitigation & renovation process. The quality of all their craftsmanship is outstanding! I truly can’t thank them enough for all they have done! I'm so happy with the finished product, it looks even better how I envisioned it! You guys are the best & we truly can't thank you all enough for all your hard work!!!!!!

My experienceWith Matt at H2NO started a year and a half ago. I had just bought a lake cottage and after having it only three months the basement floor had water during heavy rains. Matt was recommended to me so I called him, he and his team came right over. They spent hours working in the rain putting a sump pump in my basement and cleaning up my basement. They were very professional and efficient, and I knew I was in good hands. But the sump pump was just the beginning of my issues. There was a bigger problem in my basement that involved the floor, pipes, and holding tank. As the saga unfolded over the year I would call Matt for help, he was always very responsive and would handle the problem immediately. He was so friendly on the phone and I could tell he wanted to get to the bottom of the problem as much as I did. I felt like Matt and his team cared about my outcome. He is reliable, honest and trustworthy. I highly recommend Matt and H2NO.

Worked with Brett and Matt for a few months after we had water damage due to a leak and then a burst pipe. They were a pleasure to work with and did an amazing job restoring my house back to normal (actually better than it was prior to the damage). Very knowledgeable with the scope of work and a great company to have on your side while working with the insurance company and adjuster. Brett went above and beyond with the service he provided and always responded to my calls or texts no matter how big or small the issue was. Matt and his team did outstanding work at my house. They solved a problem with my septic holding tank and installed a new wifi fill monitor, so I know precisely what percent my holding tank is full. I also needed to have my ejector pit serviced and replace one of my two pumps that had died, and installed a new Wi-Fi-enabled high-water alarm. Our basement was destroyed due to a horrible sewer backup and it was a disgusting mess and smelled terrible. Brett and Matt from the beginning were helpful and kind and said they would make us whole again. All of their staff was super nice, clean , neat and did great work. When we were having issues with condensation dripping down our walls on the top level of our home, we called H2NO. Brett was able to come out right away and assess the situation. It was an insulation issue. We were set to get things done, when my father died and everything had to be set back. Brett and Matt were willing to be there to get the job done when it was convenient for us. Matt was even nice enough to call and just see how we were during a difficult time. Brett, Matt and his crew are all wonderful people. They did such an amazing job with our insulation, that we hired them to do our other properties as well. Since we have had the work done we can tell a major difference in both keeping heat and cold air in the house depending on what temperature we have the thermostat set at, and the condensation leaking from ceilings has stopped. I definitely recommend using H2NO. I have already recommended them to the landlord next door and will continue to recommend them to anyone I think could use their services.

We had a waterline rupture from our fridge and we needed a professional, knowledgeable, family friendly, attention to detail business to assist us. H2NO provided top notch clear communication from start to finish; there were some moving parts and Brett and Mike(y) as my now kid experts on floor refinishing calls him. Brett came to the job site as a second/third set of eyes before they moved onto a different area of the house. We relocated to a Hotel due to the nature of the job for 9 days and both Brett and Mike offered to meet me at Home Depot to go over options for tile and wood floor. My husband was at his annual training for the military and H2NO worked on our timeline and gave different options.
