Terry is great! Honest and thorough. Terry came out three times to test for molds/bacteria. I called Tricore Restoration after purchasing a new house and left a message to have the duct work in the house cleaned. Terry called me back promptly and was able to fit me in during his full schedule. Terry gave me a time frame between 8:30-9:30am. He notified me that he was on his way and gave me a time frame on his arrival. When he arrived he explained everything he was going to do, and walked me through the process. Terry and his employee, Pat got to work and were efficiently quick. While Terry was working I had concerns about mold. Terry to my concern and looked for a signs of mold in the house. He assured me there was no indications of mold in the house. At the completion of his services, Terry showed me the end results. No only do I recommend regular duct work cleanings, but I HIGHLY recommend Terry at Tricore Restorations to be your servicer. He’s personable, reliable, fair, and in general a good person.
