This is a description of my experience with All Aspects. My sink leaked which caused damage to my hardwood floors. All Aspects was recommended Servpro who installed drying equipment and a claim was submitted on 5/27. Cabinets were removed 6/1 and placed in our garage. Jeff came out for a quote on 6/22. Our insurance approved everything except the countertops. Fine, we will pay for them ourselves. He kept saying that the "estimate is lacking". This is because of the countertops that we already found out were not covered. Finally on 8/1 later I got a contract and our cabinets were picked up. Remember, these are the cabinets that housed our sink and dishwasher, so I've been doing dishes in our laundry room utility sink. 9/1 our cabinets were installed and 9/21 we got our countertops. 9/24 our floors were refinished by a subcontractor based about 2 hours away. They looked horrible. Also, a dust barrier was not installed and my entire house was covered with a layer of dust. We were told that there was a problem with the equipment which caused the bumpy floor and the barrier was not installed because it was a "rush job". Not sure how they thought it was a job well done. We were then told that the floors just needed to be "buffed down". That did nothing but make my floor super slippery. The company finally came back for, what we were told, to completely sand down and refinish the entire floor again. Unfortunately they didn't do the entire floor and you can see exactly where they stopped sanding as that part is lower than the part they left. They sent another company to do the floor all over again. They left streaks and drip marks. Again they buffed and made the floor slippery again but left all the imperfections. By now it's November. I sent pictures of the completed floor and Jeff sent an employee to take a look. He agreed the floors were unacceptable. At this point we asked if we could pick a company to fix them. No one would touch this because they didn't want any part of this mess. We finally got a reputable company to give us advise. They said that the floors were sanded down too many times to be refinished again and we would need the floors to be completely replaced and they gave us a quote. We sent this to Jeff. By this time it's March 10. Today is October 29 and we still haven't heard anything back. I have waited this long to post this review because of how upset this makes me. As I am typing my hands are shaking. I have added picture of, what I can only presume, is acceptable work. It's hard to get a good picture because of the glare, but it gives you a pretty good idea.
