Cassidy, from Environmental Initiatives, was extremely knowledgeable and informative. After working with a different mold testing company, and not getting clear guidance or information, we had Environmental Initiatives come out to our home for re testing and the experience was night and day. Environmental Initiatives did air samples, as well as surface samples in our home. He brought his microscope, camera and all his testing materials in and went over all of the results with us right away. There was no long wait to get answers and no questions of what spores were coming from where.
