Had a water leak..I can say Sarkinen was prompt but nothing else is positive. Now I have a $4023 bill over what wasn't covered by my insurance company because of over billing. How does less than 150 square feet of water damage turn into over $18000 in charges? Maybe staring with charging for 7 days instead of the actual 3 it took to dry out the area is a good starting point. Overcharging for Personal Protection Equipment for 7 days when the guys never wore any gear for the 3 times they showed up. Maybe overcharging for a certified electrician and having one of the "new guys" hook up the equipment that didn't work and take 2 days to get it working and then not getting out to pick up said equipment 2 days after it should have been. It's obvious this company was trying to stick it to my insurance company and now they're coming after me after I was told not to worry because the insurance company will handle it. Don't recommend this company.
