⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ ServiceMaster Restoration truly exceeded my expectations from start to finish. What started as a serious water leak in my house turned into a complete nightmare for my family and me. The damage affected the entire flooring, bathroom, drywall, and even the crawlspace. It was overwhelming and stressful, and at times it felt like too much to handle. From the moment ServiceMaster stepped in, however, I felt supported and reassured. What stood out the most was how honest, humble, and professional their entire team was. They were easy to approach, patient with my questions, and always willing to explain what was happening next. Their customer service was excellent, and I never felt ignored or left in the dark during the process. Communication was clear, timely, and respectful, which made a very difficult situation much easier for my family. I would especially like to recognize Ashley for her outstanding communication and professionalism. She consistently kept me updated through phone calls and emails, and her follow-through gave me confidence that everything was being handled properly. I truly appreciated how attentive and caring she was. Because of her, my family and I always felt informed and supported throughout the entire project. Valentine also deserves special recognition for his exceptional work and leadership. His experience and field knowledge were clear in every phase of the project. The mitigation work, including demolition, drying, and treatment of affected areas, was done thoroughly and safely before reconstruction began. From drywall repair, texturing, painting, flooring, baseboards, and vanity installation to daily cleaning, disposal, and final cleanup, everything was done with great care and attention to detail. He was respectful, organized, and professional at all times. Valentine is truly one of the most capable and knowledgeable superintendents I have encountered. In the end, the quality of the work and the final results made a huge difference for my family. What once felt like a disaster turned into a positive experience, and for that, we are very grateful to the ServiceMaster Restoration management and work crews. Based on their workmanship, professionalism, and customer care, I highly recommend ServiceMaster Restoration. I am already thinking about future remodeling projects and would not hesitate to work with them again.

Had water damage to my rental restroom and hallway from toilet water overflow. I was so stressed out since I didn't know things have to be ripped out and rebuild because of the water damage. I called 3 different water restoration companies. Finally decided on this one since everything Adina promised and explained to me sounds great. We'll work with your tenants. We cleaned things out and put them back. With other companies, you'll have to look for a contractor after the water mitigation. Then Elena came to do the work. Late to the first visit, looked frazzled and complained about how busy she is. That was a red flag but I tried to be understanding. We all had those days. Decided to use them anyways. My insurance asked for prove showing the damage was not for long-term leak. She said she'll work on it and then sent it to the wrong email address. I had to bother my insurance with for them to finally approve coverage. When work started, little to no notice of when they will come to work. No updates unless I asked. Some days I asked and didn't get response until closer to 10pm. Thank God my tenants were flexible and work from home, not sure how things could've been done if they were so flexible. It was stressful. When the mitigation was almost done, she told me she recommended I look for a contractor for the rebuild. I said I thought you will do it, the whole reason why I picked your company. She said it would take over a month for a contractor from her company to be available to take a look. Estimate will not be free. At times she speak to me like I'm bothering her and like I'm asking her to do work for free. Last time I was in contact with her she said she'll send the pictures of completed with after mitigation, still haven't receive them pictures lol. I guess it was a blessing we didn't use them for the rebuild. I might have a stroke or heart attack dealing with the stress working with them any longer.

Had a leak under a shower stall. Contacted my insurance company and they set us up with ServiceMaster Restoration by Ciocea to fix and repair the damage. Valentin, Elena, Adina and the rest of the crew were very caring and professional. Valentin did an awesome job with the flooring, drywall and bathtub install. My wife loves the results. Elena and Adina were a very big help in dealing with the insurance company. That seemed to be a very complex process that I was happy to have them lift that burden from me. I highly recommend them and in fact I had Valentin come back and do some work on my other bathroom.

Elena (project manager) and James (water damage technician) were at my house in less than an hour after I phoned them and let them know that there was flooding in the master bath/bedroom and the garage. They were able to extract most of the water from the affected areas. Elena explained the procedure and was professional. She answered all the questions I had. She made sure that James returned the next day to take samples of the water damaged areas. So happy with all that they have done. I recommend them to anyone needed this service.

I managed to get fiberglass from a mattress all over my apartment, and this crew **saved me**. Elena, Adina, and Christiano went out of their way to figure out how to clean it up and help me on a Sunday (their day off) just so I would have a safe/clean space for my family. They are even helping me dispose of the contaminated items that cannot be saved and leaving an air scrubber for a few days to ensure my home is safe. My home was left cleaner than even the landlord left it for me. Absolutely amazing people. I definitely recommend them if you find yourself needing help. They are kind, gracious, professional, and really care. :)
