Rob, Matt, and their crew were able to get to my house faster than any other business of similar nature in the region. They are efficient and communicative. There is no "BS". Rob and his crew were extremely busy on the 17th of July and the weeks and days following because the area had excessive amounts of water. They quickly and almost surgically removed water-damaged materials from my basement. Also, they found mold in my basement and removed it successfully. The price is reasonable considering the work required and the expertise needed. Rob, I want to thank you for your patience and understanding throughout this entire process.

My upstairs neighbor was away for the Jewish holidays and unfortunately didn't realize that his kitchen sink pipe was leaking into my ceiling. I called Water Damage Restoration right away in fear that there was water build up occurring in my ceiling. Rachel answered me with her friendly voice and guaranteed me I can have one of her techs by my house within 20 minutes to detect for moisture with their high tech thermal imaging camera. Patrick and Kevin came on time, dressed professionally and ready to start working. They detecred that most of my ceiling was moist so they recommended that we addread the leak and removal of damp ceiling at the same time to prevent mold growth. They never pressured me or pushed me to go with them telling me "they are the best in NYC" like these other guys that I called. Thank you once again guys for making me feel like a valued customer!
