We had the pleasure of engaging Bill and Master Builders Construction to renovate our Kitchen, upstairs flooring and baseboards/trim molding, fireplace, and guest bath for us. The team was clean, considerate and always on time. Bill runs a tight ship and is such a breath of fresh air when working with contractors. He is on-site regularly to check in on the team, he is available and returns calls promptly, he delivers on promises and wants to always ensure the customer is very happy. We had a few mishaps with subs along the way, and Bill was right there to push them along and get it corrected. I cannot recommend him strongly enough. We have other projects lined up in the new year for him - can't wait to get started!

We could not have been happier with Master Builders for our complete kitchen remodel. Spoke with three contractors, all recommended, but chose Master Builders because they were flexible and seemed to get the big picture best. Before showing up to tear out the kitchen they made sure we had all the cabinets and appliances ordered with delivery dates and explained the process and timeline. Our crew, Sandi and Manual were with us from start to finish and became like family. They did not hurry anything. All of their work was well thought out. If something wasn’t quite right they would completely redo the work until it was right. Questions came up almost every day, our opinion was always important, and solutions were easily reached. The work began when Master Builders said it would and ended just a couple weeks later than the estimate. The only reason it took longer was because of the pride Sandi and Manual took in their work. Also one cabinet needed to be reordered. The agreed upon contract price never changed and we never had a single disagreement with Bill, the owner. I should mention that Bill was a real gentleman and would stop by regularly to check on progress and answer questions. We love our kitchen. Master Builders made what can be a very stressful experience a pleasure.

We had Bill and team do multiple projects over the course of a year or two at our home in Spanaway. They added a closet in a "bedroom", framed up a "bunk room", added a kitchen overhead vent exhaust and upgraded our master bath with a new walk-in shower and soaking tub. Highly recommend. Team is efficient, prompt, does quality work and their pricing is at an appropriate value for the project.

After getting multiple bids for substantial addition to our home, we selected Master Builders' bid. Bill and his crew gave a detailed scope and budget, provided excellent craftsmanship, completed tasks on time, were flexible as circumstances arose, and respected our home and property. The completed addition looks amazing and we use the new spaces daily. Our neighbors have asked who we hired and we have given them Bill's name. And years later, we called Bill and the Master Builders' team to complete a different, smaller project. They came out within the week, assessed the situation, provided a bid, and completed the work in less than a day. I am very impressed with Master Builders Construction NW. In fact, I can't say enough about them. Bill has been awesome to work with from day one. He was prompt in coming to look at my project (full-home remodel), breaking it up into three different phases and giving me the option of doing them one right after the other or taking breaks in between. I opted for one after the other to get them finished and have lived in my home while all of the work has been done. He has put me in touch with all of the sub-contractors I've needed to do my full-home remodel. His staff has been wonderful to work with as well. Kind, courteous and hard workers to say the least. I can't say enough about the project lead, Sande. His attention to detail has been paramount to my job having the positive outcome that it has had so far. We aren't quite finished yet, however, we are in phase 3 of 3 and so far, I couldn't be happier. That's not to say we haven't had our glitches, however, Bill and his team have been with me every step of the way to answer questions, explain things to me and to work through those glitches together. Their patience with me and their consideration for me, while having to work around me living in my home while they're working has been amazing. While I won't name all of his staff that have worked on my remodel at one time or another, they have all been kind, friendly and considerate. I would highly recommend Master Builders Construction NW to anyone considering having work done on their home.
