We hired this company to mitigate our house after natural flooding effected us. Aiden was our main technician and from day one they were unprofessional, rude and had a bad attitude, did not greet us when they first arrived, didn't explain the process or what they would be doing to our house and answered our questions very vaguely. They didn't take enough proper pictures to send to insurance, so our insurance company was confused a lot on what they did. I had also asked them to re-install insulation multiple times they said they would and send me an updated estimate and then that never happened, I received no communication on that despite multiple attempts. They ended up just cleaning and drying our house, which I hope was done properly. Maybe it was just the technicians we got that made this a bad experience for us, but I Will NEVER hire again or recommend. Horrible experience.

Our home flooded in November 2022 while we were in California. Blaine, Kayla, Carlos, Gus, and Jaime did a great job mitigating the damage. They assisted in packing up our home, and were extremely careful in handling our very delicate valuables. They installed materials to protect our stairs, floors, and when cutting drywall cleaned the dust and controlled the mess in our home. We were beyond pleased with their work throughout the entire process. Their ability to measure the moisture in the walls and areas helped us be able to get our home dried out as well as work with our insurance for resolution.

I had a water heater leak that flooded my laundry room, hallway and living room. I contacted Cleaner Guys, Ivan, Anna and Josh showed up to my house in a very timely manner. They were very professional and courteous, and immediately started the water mitigation. On follow up and completion of the water mitigation, Jamie and Clayton did an outstanding job. I am eager to provide this review of work that the Cleaner Guys performed on my home. The work included a water mitigation problem that affected both the crawlspace area under the home as well as the complete drying to standard in the dining room, hall and bathroom area. Due to water leaks, the insulation in the crawlspace had to be removed. Pumps, dehydration machines, and air movers were incorporated in this endeavor over a 2-3 week period of time. When all was said and done, the crawlspace passed the standard for dry. Then, the project moved to the inside of the home. The flooring in the bathroom, hall and dining room had to be removed, as well as the toilet and vanity in the bathroom. The area was sectioned off with floor-to-ceiling plastic and more fans were used for about a week with the same results. Drying was completed to industry standards. During this whole period of time, communication from the office to me was excellent. I knew what had been done and what the next immediate steps would be, and when they were scheduled. I am most impressed by the quality of the personnel I encountered. All were professional, courteous,friendly, and knowledgeable. The techs performing the work were constantly working with no sense of confusion, as I was kept updated on the progress. So, to all of the personnel I saw to or talked to on the phone, a big "Thank you." This includes the techs, Josh, Clayton, Jaime, Anna, and Ivan, and the wonderful communicators in the office, Tate and August. Again, thank you to the Cleaner Guys for the job professionally completed. Well done.

They coordinated with the plumber to ensure that the water removal and the installation of the new sump pump happened on the same day. Great job and a great cleanup. Highly recommend them to anyone with a messy job to deal with.
