We hired Robinson Restoration after a boiler joint failed and leaked what we thought was a small amount of water in our laundry room, but turned out to be more serious than it appeared. They did a fantastic job from first contact to insurance claim approval. Jeremy was our first contact and he was fantastic, making it an easy decision to hire Robinson over two other contractors who gave us estimates. Jeremy explained everything, inspected thoroughly, was obviously very knowledgeable, rightly urged me to file an insurance claim immediately, and even offered to help me with the claim. Once we hired them, Pierre took over as project manager and did a fabulous and very professional job getting everything done in a timely manner. Every single Robinson employee who came out was terrific - courteous, competent, and very professional. Pierre documented everything very well, resulting in quick claim approval once the restoration work was completed. I highly recommend Robinson if you have water damage. Thank you Jeremy, Pierre, Ismael, Joseph, Jesus Hernandez, and Lawrence! You are all awesome!

Robinson did a great job for us when we had a water leak requiring removal of some drywall and mold remediation. Jeremy Young was our project manager, he was excellent - he clearly explained everything, gave me a lot of confidence in his knowledge, and was very attentive to detail. He came out for the final inspection and was not happy with what he saw, so called another crew to come back and fix a few things, including cleaning up an area the first work crew did not adequately seal off. Nehemiah and Moises came to do the final cleanup, and they were outstanding (I wish they'd done all our work!).

Jeremy took my initial inquiry, then Pierre took over the project. All staff were polite and thorough with answering my questions and addressing concerns. They were awesome with our dogs and cats too. Robinson’s crews did a great job of balancing this smaller project with all the flooding that was happening at the same time, and holidays. Communications with partnering companies has been seamless. I highly recommend this restoration company for anyone needing water mitigating work.

Changing my earlier review of Robinson Restoration from 5 stars to 1, since 0 isn't an option. TLDR: They took advantage of elderly and disabled folks needing help. They didn't deliver a "free quote" as requested by me (and I do not live on site). They proceeded to act as if my aunt had home insurance (she thought she did, was remembering incorrectly from years prior), not listening to me when I said I was managing this because she has memory problems, and are now pushing an unjust bill for incomplete work on her. Full story: I sincerely regret calling Robinson for a "free quote" when I called to get my elderly aunt help. I called and told them that I was managing this situation with her home because she was unfit to make her own decisions anymore and was experiencing significant cognitive and physical decline. This showed in her inability to handle this water leak in her home on her own or with the help of my elderly mother that was around to help with what she could. Pierre rather talked to my aunt and filed an insurance claim with her since she said she had home insurance. She didn't in fact have home owners insurance, she was remembering incorrectly from 2 years prior, and he expedited the work before confirming that she even had insurance. Upon learning this, I canceled the content manipulators from coming to her home myself to avoid more charges. Pierre told me that the most we could expect to pay was a few hundred dollars since Robinson wasn't trying to cause my elderly & demented aunt harm. I then get a bill for $2500 and this was just for them to remove a small portion of drywall and set up dehumidifiers. On top of this, Pierre was unprofessional in the way he spoke to my sister and I (which the Seattle area manager did address promptly) and now dealing with their billing team I can say the same about them. They are calling my aunt and my mom instead of calling me as their point of contact that started this whole thing, and saying we are being unresponsive because I am fighting them on this bill. I emailed them the day I got the bill fighting it and answered countless phone calls as I was trying to quickly move my aunt out of her home to avoid foreclosure. On top of this, my disabled cousin lived with them making the need to protect my family and their resources the best I could even higher. Even being aware that they didn't fulfill the initial ask for a "FREE QUOTE" as I requested, then being told that my aunt lost her home due to fraud and subsequent results from her memory loss, they are still sending me this insane bill for minimal and incomplete work. I fully believe that Robinson and Pierre took advantage of elders and their disabilities, claiming they wanted to help. I do not recommend this company to anyone seeking help for their family members, ESPECIALLY those that heavily need the support of others, or for their own homes unless they have a pretty penny to dish out when only asking for a "free quote". If I had been given the quote as asked, I would have determined at that time that she did not have the funds to pay for this and would have denied any work. Robinson should have kept the promise for the work I asked be delivered at the time and waited to confirm before racking up this grossly unjust bill and then telling a 77 year old woman and her 49 year old disabled son that are now technically homeless that they have to pay $2500 from mid January now or they are being sent to collections. I will never again work with Robinson Restoration.

We had our upstairs toilette overflow, which leaked downstairs into our kitchen ceiling. So we call this company over. They try to make it sound like they’re on your side and blah blah blah. Sure the demo work was completed, (which wasn’t an enormous task by any means) and damaging all kinds of unnecessary things in the process, which all have to then be replaced by the result team, which then make it MORE money the rebuild team has to request when it comes time to rebuild. Robinsons don’t care about that because all they care about is tearing everything out and getting paid their money by the insurance company. So after destroying multiple things and simply tearing out the drywall and taking the upstairs bathroom floor out and then putting in some dehumidifiers, they then charge my insurance company $22,000!!!!! This is about 3x the normal cost of anyone else. Which some may say “well who cares it’s not your money” which is true, it’s not my money, BUT when it comes time for us to get money for the rebuild from the insurance company, they are NOT HAPPY with how much the just got ripped off from Robinson that they don’t want to pay for the amount it’s going to cost to fix everything that robinsons destroyed. Not to mention when they did the demo, something else started leaking , and the project manager pretty much said “that wasn’t us” and I had to contact the higher up to come over, mind you they charge you every time they have to come out. This company is not trust worthy. Sure they’ll get the job done on their end while likely destroying a bunch of other pieces of your property, but they are more money hungry than all other companies. My rebuild team said for them to charge $22,000 for that amount of work is insanity and likely explains why the insurance company isn’t approving the money needed to rebuild. They’ve only offered us $4000 to rebuild. How can Robinson charge $22,000 to tear it all out but only $4000 to rebuild. Robinsons will make things much harder for you after they wipe their feet all over you. Do not trust this company.
