PBE is absolutely the best choice. As the on-site manager for a large 91-unit condominium building, I was involved daily with an extensive project that included a new roof (spanning one acre), siding, decks, new entryway doors, new windows, and sliding glass doors for the decks. This ambitious two-year endeavor showcased the hard work and dedication of John Walkley (owner), along with Luke, our superintendent, Roger (lead foreman), and their exceptional team. Despite the inevitable challenges that arose, PBE addressed and resolved them with ease and professionalism. I would confidently and highly recommend working with this outstanding group of individuals.

He eventually came out to take a look at my home to assess the project, giving me a ton of information. They have proved to be a great resource and a wealth of knowledge for my project.

If there is a no star option, I will give no star. This company was in charge of installing my unit's windows and screens. I didn't find out that one of the window screens failed to be installed until 1.5 years later. When I called them, they declined all their responsibilities, claiming that because I didn't find out at that time, they wouldn't provide me with a comprehensive window screen. Don't work with them as they treat their customers as one time deal.

A horrible experience dealing with this company on multiple flooding caused by this company. Pacific Building Envelop Everett offered no apology for all the trouble it created due to it's faulty work or take responsibility to the possible damage due to the flooding. If you're dealing with this company with any problems, I recommend you go through the Attorney General's office to resolve any issues.
