We had a great experience with Capstone and would highly recommend their services. We had water damage from a leaking toilet on the upper level of our home. The water migrated downhill and damaged the family room ceiling and walls directly below. Starting with Brooke and her crew who meticulously identified the areas that were damaged and worked quickly and efficiently to mitigate the problem. Her services were very much appreciated! The second phase of the restoration was working with our Estimator, Don from Capstone and the insurance company regarding the claim we filed. This was the most stressful portion of the project (especially since it was during the holidays) but Don relieved a lot of the stress by effectively communicating with our insurance adjustor. He successfully secured money for us which they had first denied and we truly appreciated his efforts in working FOR us. The last phase was the restoration. We ended up having new LVP flooring installed in all three of our bathrooms with new toilets and new carpeting in our family room. The Supervisor was Gary who stayed in communication with us letting us know when the crew would arrive and what their daily schedule was. The work crew consisted of Zach, Josiah and Gage. The quality of workmanship these three did for us was above and beyond. They were efficient, extremely professional and thorough with whichever job they were working on. We would happily have any one of them do work for us again. Thanks guys! You’re an exceptional team!!! And, thank you to Capstone Construction Co. for the superior experience.

Capstone Construction rebuilt the front steps on my home, and the entire experience was excellent. They were responsive from the start and kept me updated throughout the project. JR did an outstanding job explaining what to expect, including costs and timing, and he showed up every morning to inspect the progress. I’ve handled a few home improvement projects before, and one universal truth is that many builders cut corners. Capstone absolutely does not. The work was completed on time and within budget, and the craftsmanship is obvious. Benjamin and James did great work on the steps and left everything clean when they finished. No complaints at all. Capstone will be my go-to company for future home remodeling projects.

Stellar experience from start to finish. Zach, Josiah, and Gage did an outstanding job on our construction project, which included replacing all interior and exterior light fixtures, installing new baseboards and door casings throughout, completing three bathroom remodels, and taking care of various odds and ends. The team consistently went above and beyond and made sure every detail was done to our liking. Zach, in particular, was exceptional—his leadership, communication, and dedication truly set the tone for the entire project. Without him, I honestly wouldn’t be leaving a 5-star review. He absolutely deserves a promotion! Highly recommend this team for quality workmanship and professionalism.

We are ultimately very happy with our experience with Capstone because of Jay and his team. Not only did they do a great job with the work of a kitchen remodel as well as a bathroom remodel, but they were exceptionally professional in every interaction. Being new homeowners dealing with our first major insurance claim, Capstone was extremely helpful in explaining the process and answering our questions and concerns. Mark our estimator was very helpful and professional, and Jason in the office as well. Thank you guys!

I don’t normally give 5 stars to anyone, let alone leave a review but everyone involved from Capstone has been so awesome! It took a little bit to get going but once they concentrated on my house, after the flood, they were done quickly. JR was so kind, it was a pleasure working with him! I have been in my house for almost 24 years, living with no lights other than using lamps in my kitchen. Since the ceiling was opened up, he suggested putting in ceiling lights! What a complete difference! I met two of the guys at the end and they were so pleasant to talk to!! Thank you to everyone involved!
