Do not use this business! We accepted their first invoice and paid half, then they said that the invoice was a mistake, sent a new invoice, and charged us more. They promised to install the laminate in stock while waiting for the carpet to arrive and then tried to charge us extra for a second trip. They ruined our painted floor molding and doorjambs during installation and then claimed it was a normal occurrence and not their responsibility. They nailed our "floating" laminate down to the floor and used liquid nail glue to install the transition strip instead of the metal channeling they came with making it impossible to remove for repairs or cleaning.
