JES did an excellent job on our crawl space. We had water accumulating around the whole perimeter of the crawl space. We had also had a toilet leak causing black mold, which had been professionally cleaned up, but we wanted fresh insulation. The JES team arrived on schedule and worked diligently to remove the insulation above and the flimsy plastic that covered the earthen floor of the crawl space. They then laid rubber matting and white membrane over the dirt and put thick styrofoam on the walls. They dug a trench around the perimeter and installed 2 sump pumps and 2 humidifiers to deal with future water. Meanwhile a separate team arrived to put foam under our patio to stop it from sliding away from the house. Everyone called before they arrived and each member of this large team was always professional and answered all questions thoroughly. They cleaned up well each day which I thoroughly appreciate. I highly recommend this team of hard workers. I want to add that Brian was an amazing leader and manager of his 5 to 7 man team. He kept the project on schedule, kept me informed about progress and what would happen when, and always made himself available to answer questions. Thank you, Brian!

We had JES fix our foundation and mold problems. Our craw space was in bad shape from living with a hill behind us and rain water always running in our direction. We would get a text every morning on what time they would be here. It would be three or four guys everyday doing the work. Joey Donohue, Jose Diaz and Pedro Liontop did a great job. They were very nice and answered all my question even down to checking my dryer vent to make sure in was clear. ( which I’m sure was not part of the job) They cleaned up everything when they were all done and took all trash with them. I highly recommend using JES for your craw space problems. As you can see my craw space looks brand new. Thank you JES And I almost forgot Steve Hurysz for meeting with us and going over all our needs to improve our craw space. Thank you Steve

Rudy Gonzales was the supervisor and he was very professional in his work and his deep experience was clear to me when he described the work I needed to have done. He was present on the job and made sure we had the best possible outcome. In my experience that is rare and I am very glad for that.

Want to thank the entire crew at JES. from Chris Segaar who sold me the product to the entire crew! Started the job when they said they would and finished it on time. To the 'crew' Daniel, Ever, Roberto and Jose you guys were awesome!! Great job! Hope I didn't forget anyone. Everyone was respectful, nice and clean up went well, no complaints. I had JES waterproof my basement. The workers were very professional, pleasant to work with; they explained what they were going to do and why each day and they showed me the work before they left each day. They worked hard every day and did not slack off. I can highly recommend JES. I had to change the days they were start work and the office worked with me to find a good date for myself and JES. I’m happy with my crawl space repair. The inspector was top notch. The work crew was very hard working, professional and easy to work with. Their supervisor Abdul however let me down. He scheduled his crew to come back to do some touch ups and told an unnecessary lie about when they were to arrive. They were at a different job site that was 2 hours away at the time he scheduled me. He never bothered to reach out to update me. I had to call around. He gave me the impression that he wasn’t listening and didn’t care. Wasn’t expecting that of JES.

JES Foundation is an absolutely superb company and did a fantastic job repairing our sump pump drainage system. Also, all of the work was covered under their warranty which blew me away. We had an issue with water draining very slowly into the system, which really concerned us with the forecast of major rainfall. The supervisory team of Abdul and John were "very responsive "in replying to my request and providing timely and professional follow-up. The JES crew, led by Jaime Castillo along with Edras Aguilera and Joel Larios, showed me the repairs as they were making them, and they did a highly professional job replacing the necessary items in the system and getting it back to perfect working order! I wholeheartedly recommend JES to anyone needing to have high quality sump pump work done and any other work!

I just had the good fortune to have JES Works do sidewalk repairs for me, which I now wish I had done years ago. I first spoke with Shannon Martin, who explained my options and gave me enough information to make a really good decision. He was extremely professional and never once made me feel pressured. The day of the repairs, Austin Hicks (foreman) and Charles Harrison arrived on time and got right to work. I was stunned when Austin and Charles, dealing with an extremely complicated job, was not only able to raise my 28-year-old sidewalk, but put it back in alignment as well. Austin is truly an artist working with poly foam. What a perfectionist! If you need sidewalk repairs, THESE are the people you want doing them. I'm so incredibly grateful to them. Thank you guys! Note to management of JES -- do NOT let these guys get away. You don't find such professional, hard workers like this every day.

We had JES show up due to a home inspection of an older property in Winchester City. The home inspector recommended due to the homes age that they get the foundation checked. Well JES said there were issues and recommended over $19,000 of repairs. As one of the owners of the property, we sought to get a 2nd opinion. That 2nd opinion was completely the opposite. So we presented the agent and the prospective buyer with the inspection report. The buyer decided to get a 3rd opinion. They selected a reputable firm, and this firm also came back with a report that they foundation was fine and didn't need anything done. We just closed on the property on November 21st, 2025. My issues with JES is that their report was based upon zero facts, and it was all based upon sales and scare tactics. This was shown with the other 2 inspectors. I recommend you stay away from JES unless you know you have issues. This was an example where they thought they would scare a buyer into forcing someone to spend money for repairs that didn't need to be done. Not honest, fair, or trustworthy. This is unfortunate.
