Five Stars Restoration helped us through the process of restoring our home after a broken water pipe caused massive flooding. They were there on the day it happened to begin the mitigation of the water damage and continued to serve our needs through the entire restoration. Every crew and individual who worked on the carpet and LVT flooring, the painting and cabinetry, and the removal and replacement of furniture were top-tier professionals who took pride in their craft. The owner of the company made several in-person visits to make sure that all of our needs and desires were satisfied, and that the work was done quickly with high quality. The office staff was also very helpful in navigating the insurance jungle and exhibited great patience in those dealings. We were, and still are, 100% satisfied, pleased, and thankful to Five Stars Restoration for their outstanding service in our time of need.

I can't wait to tell you about my service. My home suffered through torrential rains for 3 straight days. My two sump pumps broke down causing immediate flooding in the basement in my rental house. I had a family living in the basement with 3 children. NO ONE could come help me. I found 5 star restoration and Gani Berisha came out within 25 minutes and assessed the damage. He not only gave me the lowest price for removing the water, carpet and drying but he told me he can also lay the new flooring down. Initially he couldn't do it until the next day but he saw how the children and parents were sleeping in the hallway upstairs and he said, "No I can see it's urgent. I will be back with my team this afternoon". They worked hard every day and completed the job DAYS before other companies estimate and my basement looks BETTER than it did previously because it's now hardwood. Gani even gave the lowest price for the flooring and it wasn't the cheap kind! I am SO thankful to have met Gani and will use his company again as well as refer him to others. Oh did I mention Gani is the OWNER himself coming out doing the work? 😊

We needed our floors replaced and we chose Five Stars because the owner came out and was most direct without any games. He knew what needed to be done and gave us the information we needed. They don’t have a fancy warehouse just a small office that had samples. They are no frills but do an amazing job at a great price. I am happy to have found them because they can do more than just floor. I will use them for any and all repairs I need in the future! No need to find anyone else!

We had a water damage from a dishwasher leak that turned into a complete kitchen and flooring remodel due to the age of our house. Five Stars Restoration was amazing throughout the process. The owner of the company , was extremely RUDE !! poor service .. the fire smell is still in my home . The OWNER knew I had an insurance claim , excepted the order .. and continue to call regarding payment and now he has mentioned a $300 down payment .. never mentioned it before .. BAD Business ‼️( He KNEW BEFORE HAND) I had a insurance claim .. NEVER WILL I EVER , contact this company .. I will pass this bad experience to family , friends , co workers , social media friends …. WORST COMPANY EVER‼️
