Avoid this company at all costs. We were referred to them for home repairs after water damage, and the experience started off positive but in the past 2 months has been nothing but negative. Work began in May, and months later, the job is still incomplete. Communication has completely broken down—our emails now go unanswered, and our phone numbers have been blocked. This is not an isolated issue; if you look at their Yelp reviews, you’ll see similar complaints from other customers about blocked phone numbers, delays, poor communication, and unfinished work. I thought the project manager was just incompetent but now it is clear everyone involved is a horrible human being. They broke our glass surround to the shower and that is when the ghosting began. Zero responsibility taken. To add insult to injury, they also tiled the shower wall, covering the pipes without ensuring the water was turned on and would run properly from the shower head. So now we're dealing with replacing the glass surround but also having to take down the tile, open the wall back up to try and figure out why we have no water in the shower. Just a horrendous job! It is unacceptable for any business to operate this way, but it’s especially disturbing that both management and contractors involved in our project have chosen to treat clients with such disregard. Do not use this company!!

I have no knowledge of their restoration services, but I believe I can speak to their integrity, or lack thereof. One of their trucks backed into my vehicle a month ago. The driver was very cooperative; she apologized and took responsibility for the accident. She told me her bosses would take care of getting my car repaired. Well, it's been almost a month and no calls or texts are being returned. Sounds like some of the reviews I read here. Given this experience would I hire them for any restoration services? No.

What an awful experience, I feel like I'm dealing with scammers. CRS wasted their time and mine by coming out to look at a repair project and wrote up a quote which I accepted, AND TOOK MY DEDUCTIBLE. From that point on they ghosted me, no returned phone calls or emails. I finally called from a number not associated with my account and WOW got an answer! But then I was placed on hold and *mysteriously* HUNG UP ON. I had to start from square one and hire another company. Now almost 3 months later I still do not have my deductible refunded.

Premier solutions group was contracted back in April to fix my downstairs flooring due to a flood. One of the workers Kevin, ran off with the insurance money and it not returning any calls. Now can’t get anywhere information

This company was awesome to work with. I had a water heater burst in July of 2024 causing damage to insulation in my crawlspace and water damage to the hardwood floors and carpeting of my whole downstairs of my life house. They were quick to place fans , dehumidifiers and treat mold issues quickly. They accessed damage, submitted figures to my insurance company, and coordinated all demo and repairs. They communicated every step of the process and made sure I was happy with the decisions and recommendations . They all were also emotional supportive as I was facing this all on my own! Thank you ALL again for working together to get me through this nightmare.

Bernard & Tucker were FANTASTIC. they came out quickly, Bernard explained everything (the damage, their process, follow up & plan) and kept us very informed. Not only were they great at their job, you could tell they enjoy what they do and they were SO NICE! We’ve never had this type of damage before, but I really feel like they were above and beyond our expectations. I hope we don’t need them again, but if we do- we’ll call them again immediately. I have twice used Commonwealth Restoration for insurance claims. Both projects involved Greenhouses. Mr. Kevin Ayscue and his company did a great job because Mr. Ayscue exhibits accountability! During the first claim, he gave me his personal mobile number and when I called, he picked up! My needs to reach out to him were few, but he answered. He never told me to go back to someone else. He meet my need and my husband’s Greenhouse was restored. This is a great company that answers questions and correctly explains information to novices who have sudden unexpected events requiring restoration services. And they do the work carefully, expertly, and compassionately. Five Stars and then some.

The company itself is not well run. Hires subcontractors to do the work and apparently has little to no control over scheduling. But quick to send someone out to collect their money. A job that should have taken 2 days took 2 weeks. Wish I had just reached out to sheetrock person and painter myself & not used this company. Very frustrating dealing with the constant calls to follow-up on when someone was coming out.
