We are so pleased that we chose to use Absolute Carpet Care to clean our rugs, runners, tile+grout, and couch! It was very quick to get the appointment to get an accurate estimate with Chris and get on the schedule to get the work completed. Will and Marco arrived on time and were very thorough. They left us with booties to protect the carpets while they dried. I wish I had taken a before picture of the couch that we thought was “a little dirty” so we could compare to the after to shows ourselves just how much better it looked! Highly recommend this local and family-owned business for carpet, rug, tile+grout and upholstery cleaning!

Absolute Carpet care did an awesome job on two sets of carpeted stairs for us—one particularly heavily trafficked. Also cleaned up an armchair that was heavily soiled on the arms. Fast, courteous, and good. Their leave-behind carpet spot cleaner is fantastic, too. They are discontinuing this “bonus,” but found an extra bottle for me this last visit.

At my request, they stretched 2 additional carpets at a reasonable cost. In addition, there was a miscommunication regarding the covered areas and Absolute did not charge any extra, so great customer service. They did me a solid on that. Amazing, amazing experience! Seriously. From the initial phone call for discussing the problems, to scheduling, to inspection and estimates, and finally the actual services, everything was great! Every single person I spoke to were super friendly, easygoing, and happy. Customer service was honestly excellent. The prices were very reasonable, got quoted for exactly what I needed with a couple of optional services. No one was pushy at all and no awkward having to decline things. I was able to get an inspection and estimate the very next day and was able to schedule service within just a couple of days. And of course everything was done amazingly. Will, the same serviceman who cleaned our carpets the first time, actually remembered our home which really says a lot about the level of care this company provides. Will and Ryan were both incredibly respectful to me and my home. The preparation alone took nearly an hour, showing just how detailed and thorough they are. They worked seamlessly together, and Will really listened to the specific areas I wanted him to focus on.
