They always took time to answer my questions and help me understand all that was happening. They did a nice job with cleanup after the week long project as well. Update: October 2025 - We were finally able to get ahold of the local branch of JES and they promptly scheduled with us, came when they said they would and properly fixed the issues. They also spent 30 minutes on the phone with us, answering every question we had. The estimator that came out to evaluate the project was very kind and honest. Under no circumstances would I recommend this company. We had extensive and very expensive work done by JES late 2022; they installed anchors to mitigate a foundation issue. Since then, it seems like our foundation has developed 2 new cracks and the existing cracks have worsened. Also, we have since developed a water issue that we believe is related to the 2022 work they did. Additionally, they come yearly to "service" the anchors as part of our warranty. A maintenance person came out to service the anchors July of this year (2025) and he broke 1 or 2 of the anchors. To his credit, he told us about this before he left and said that he would let the main office know so the could schedule a repair. We never received a call. Several unanswered emails, voicemails, and calls later, we have not even been able to get them to come assess the issues let alone start the repair. This process has truly felt like a scam.

The young men showed up promptly each day and were both professional and friendly. They were all hard workers carrying in all equipment and buckets and buckets of gravel. When they were done ... you could not even tell they were there!! They made a tough experience - throughly enjoyable. You can be assured that if should be need any more basement work to call JES!!! Thank you!!!!

JES you sent the best to fix my foundation issues. Jose Rodriguez, Victor Cruz and Denis Molina were super polite, they worked hard every day. All the guys at various times answered any and all of mine and my husbands questions. These guys worked clean too... always picking up any and all debris, trash, dirt anything that wasn't supposed to be there it was gone. Thank you guys for making my home livable, healthy and safe.

Not in this lifetime or the next will I ever recommend JES to do any foundation work. From day one they have not installed the drainage system properly. I have had three "free" inspections out of the five inspections I get. And on the third inspection they state I have an issue with the drainage system...3 years later. I have had one of their crews and a supervisor come out to try to get this issue addressed. In fact, I even had an appointment today. Received no phone call In fact they never even showed up. Tried reaching back out to the supervisor that was supposed to take care of this issue himself hasn't returned my calls. Can't get a hold of their office. Left multiple voicemails getting absolutely nowhere. This company is an absolute joke. 0 out of 10 would not recommend.

The JES crew were very fast and efficient concerning all aspects of the project. Upon arrival the scope of the work was explained to us by Jose, the foreman. We had 16 Intellijacks installed, a french drain put down along the crawl space perimeter, 2 dehumidifiers and two sump pumps installed. The whole crawlspace was then encapsulated. He answered all of the questions from us and wanted to make sure we understood the whole scope of the project. At the end of each day, he would take us into the crawl space and give a synopsis of what was accomplished. The whole crew acted very professional, and they appeared to really enjoy their work. In fact, we could hear some singing coming up from the crawl space! We would personally like to thank Jose Lopez the foreman and all of the other workers.
