Talk about an unfortunate accident. Our uphill neighbor had a 3 ton boulder get away from a back wall construction project and roll down the hill into our house and kitchen. How can you ever plan for such a thing? Having never had to deal with such a thing and the daunting thought of insurance companies, costs, repairs, inconvenience etc it was an overwhelming and stressful thing to face. Our claims adjuster recommend a few restoration companies that he had experience with and we decided based on his recommendation to go with Peak Restoration. They were on top of things and very attentive from the get go and made us very comfortable with the fact that they would help us navigate this thing we were facing and help make us whole again. Our assigned job lead John and his crew were fantastic throughout the process, holding our hands and explaining the processes, what they found, how they were going to fix it and kept us in the loop through the entirety of the job and the respective workmanship was top shelf, even adding some extra structural bits to the job that we didn’t have before hand. Peak allowed us to control the job and make all of the decisions about cabinetry, countertops, everything and were there to facilitate the replacement of and construction associated with. As much of an inconvenience as something like this is and totally disrupting to your life for 3-4 months, they made it so seamless and relieved us of much of the stress associated with the unknown. I could not be happier with our choice to use them as our mitigation and repair company and I would totally recommend them to anyone like us who are facing the daunting task of having to have their homes restored due to unforeseen circumstances not of our choosing.

We worked with Peak Restoration a few months ago after we found water damage to our upstairs floor behind our washing machine. They helped take care of EVERYTHING!! They had to repair cupboards and drywall, and flooring on both upstairs and downstairs. The mitigation guys were so quick and pleasant to work with. Then the repairs that followed were the same. I would recommend Peak to anyone who is under stress of needing home repairs. They also have great connections, as I called just today about a separate issue we found. Peak Restoration was an incredible company to work with. After we had a major leak that ruined our old flooring, we were very worried on how to go about replacing it, and Peak made it a very smooth and simple process. They came out as soon as they could to begin with mitigation, which was finished quickly, and began tearing up the floor shortly after that. It only took half a day for our entire floor to be torn up and cleaned out, and the process to repair began the very next week, only taking 3 days to be completed. We are extremely satisfied with the new flooring, and give props to the mitigation and demolition crew, as well as the repair crew for being well coordinated and quick to get the job finished. We also give a big thanks to both Aysha and Shane for helping us understand the process entirely, and making sure we knew all the details. We’d absolutely recommend Peak Restoration, and will definitely go back to them for any future repairs.
