We had to have foundation work on our home for the 2nd time. This time we used Groundworks (Baird did the 1st time in a different area) and it was like night and day. John, Tyler and Jyvontae were so thorough and they took the time to show and explain everything to me. These 3 guys were fast, professional, and friendly. I really enjoyed talking with the crew and they went above and beyond. They cleaned up everything afterwards and it looks great! Baird broke a part of our pvc/cement and just left the big chunk on the side of the house. See pics above to see the difference.I would highly recommend Groundworks!

Had a great experience with Groundworks. Richard G on the evaluation/sales team put together a very comprehensive and quality quote. It took about 7 to 8 weeks to get on their schedule, but Nathan and Isaac did fantastic work. We have a 20+ year-old driveway where the foundation started to raise and had some major cracks throughout. A few concrete slabs were lifted with a polyurethane foam injection, and all the cracks throughout the driveway were filled. They also cleaned out, filled and resealed all of the concrete joints throughout the driveway. It wasn’t an inexpensive solution, but much less expensive than dropping in a new concrete driveway and I hope this gets me another 10+ years.

It began with the sales team, Rich G, ensuring my old, quirky home had a customized and thorough solution, phased out to make the job more approachable. Rich took the time to understand my goals for the project and the nuances of my house even though that took significant time and multiple trips to my home. The installation crew (Jose N., Phil S., Diego A.) was professional, prompt and answered ALL of my questions. Their communication kept me informed every step of the way! When the job was completed, it looked like they had never been here - the yard and landscaping look untouched. I would definitely recommend Groundworks for anyone who needs to have their foundation worked on!

We had Groundworks come out to stabilize our foundation and it was a great experience. We had Jeremiah and his team come out from San Antonio and they were awesome! They communicated great and in a timely manner, they were clear with what they were going to do, and stayed until dark to make sure everything was left neat and clean. He did such a great job we are going to get his team to come back out and finish the full foundation repairs soon!

Foundation support specialists, which i see is now groundwork’s did a great job raising my house when it started sinking; however, I didn’t know the amount of damage to my plumbing that They should Of fixed but didn’t. The device they have to install to pump fresh water from under the house into the street, well they also hit my sewer line so that thing was pumping sewage in front my house… Plumber also pointed out how they tried to do that crappy patch job with whatever that blue stuff is on a pipe they cracked. My warranty contact from RWC contacted them and I reached out after but didn’t get no reply from the crew manager.

Communication with Ground Works and staff is always smooth. I knew when Riley would arrive and Brandon let me know Riley was in my driveway. Riley was/is friendly, knowledgeable, and thorough in his examining, and describing, the foundation and any changes that occurred since the last yearly review. I was able to ask questions and get answers. Riley suggested a dehumidifying/air purifying system that would be beneficial and he was able to install it that day. My house is old, but continues to be safe and strong. Thank you Ground Works, Riley, Brandon and those who have been here in the past working and inspecting.
