Hands down Diego Aleman, Alex Ferguson and Josiah Wilcox were the best possible crew Groundwork’s could’ve picked for this job. Very professional and timely, extremely thorough with requested updates, potential hazards, and lift before/after differences. Plus a cleanup that made me question if they were ever there! Collier and his foam crew did a fantastic job as well and delivered MORE than the results I was hoping for. I used to have a lip between my walkway and driveway that I’d trip over all the time. When I stepped off my front porch step I *felt* the difference from the usual drop. Feels like less of a hazard to me! All in all these did the kind of work that makes you want to take em all out for lunch! Overall, this company had competitive prices to the 6 other foundation specialists I did my research into, and the results they delivered were top notch. Extremely satisfied with the experience as a whole

We had extensive foundation repair and stabilization involving push piers and concentric piers. Field Inspector, Ivan Aviles, was very informative and professional in his assessment and recommendation. Mark Lopez, Foreman, and his crew members Pete and Cooper were always courteous, respectful of our property and extremely hardworking, even during harsh weather conditions. These individuals are obviously very experienced and are an asset to the company. I was always informed about arrival time and the work was completed within the timeframe (two weeks) that had been stated at the beginning of the project. The quality of the work met our expectations and our questions and concerns were always answered satisfactorily.

I would like to thank Jose Navarro, Diego Aleman and Gabin Garcia the crew from Groundworks SanAntonio for the foundation work on my home. The professionalism was very noticeable, I received a call when they were to arrive, briefed on the work to be performed. They went right to work, digging holes, positioning the suport brackets and driving poles approx 40 feet in the ground. I watched as the Foundation rose and the desired height was obtained. A one last measurement check accomplished with a walk through the house and my feelings about the project. Three doors that had not closed properly were sut with ease. The wife and I are amazed of there work. Thanks Groundworks.

Groundworks = Excellence from beginning to end on a 110 year old Central Tx farmhouse.replacing piers and beams, installing encapsulation and adding a cement skirt. We were impressed with Groundworks when Christian offered us a good solution, followed by the diligence, comaraderie and performance by Mike, Douglas, Damon and their teams who dug dirt, removed the old, staged and installed the new, followed by more skilled workers --the encapsulation team of Robert, Phil and Blair. Had a great experience from start to finish. Rob, Phil and Blair were good . It was so cold, but they completed the foundation repair and cleaned up . Nathan and Isaac did a phenomenal job with the concrete repair . The communication was awesome regarding estimating time of arrival and how long the job was going to take. Just had Groundworks out to level a sidewalk from front door to driveway. Wife had both hips replaced and wanted to remove tripping hazards. Crew did a nice job. Answered my questions, showed me before and after repair. Overall satisfied! Crew consisted of: John Sauceda, Certified Field Inspector, Austin Holt, Foreman-Lead Technician, Josh Robinson, Technician...Communication last week when bitter cold was non-existent, job was postponed on day of repair, but only after I called. 48hrs prior to repair today, I was getting text messages and updates. Great recovery. Communication is key.
