Terrible customer service. Very rude. I called and scheduled a carpet clean and we agreed the cleaner would come at 12pm. They call me at 9:30am to tell me the cleaner is at the condo. Am a Realtor. I made it clear that I do not live at the condo and that I have to meet them there. The woman that called me was so rude, I couldn't believe it. She was not apologetic for their mistake, basically told me to f off. Like RIP customer service. Crazy how people treat others with no shame.

Yesterday, we had a Namco employee come out to do a yearly carpet clean for one of our residents. It is given as a thank you, when residents renew their lease with us. Today, I got a call from the resident, and he said that "George" did the best carpet clean job he has ever had. It is uncommon that this resident take the initiative and call the office and give this positive feedback, kudo's to George for his skills and talents and giving our resident his best ever carpet cleaning experience!
