I recently had my crawl space encapsulated by Groundworks, and I couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. From start to finish, the team was professional, knowledgeable, and truly went above and beyond. My salesman, Andy, was fantastic. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made sure I understood exactly what my home needed. His expertise and professionalism gave me a lot of confidence moving forward. Groundworks also coordinated a subcontractor to replace the floor under my shower, and they did an excellent job. The repair was done right, and the craftsmanship was top-notch. The encapsulation crew, led by Alex, was equally impressive. They communicated with me throughout the process, worked extremely hard, and paid attention to every detail. You can tell they take pride in their work, and it really shows in the final result. Overall, I’m very happy with the work Groundworks did. My crawl space looks amazing, and the entire team exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend Groundworks to anyone considering crawl space repairs or encapsulation.

I noticed more cracks after I had major underground plumbing done last year. So I made an online appt for Groundworks to do a free estimate of my foundation. Gary Adams came out. He explained Groundworks history and did a thorough in-house and perimeter inspection. Later he sat down with my senior mom and I and to explain every measurement in detail with a diagram of my home and he showed a few videos and explained the payment options. Gary was very personable and patient with both us in all our questions to make sure we understood. Before the foundation repair work was done, Groundworks worked with a local Plumber to do a pre test on my plumbing. The installation team of LJ, Lee, Nike and Jalen worked well together. Before the work was done, LJ explained the digging process and allowed my mom and I to ask questions before and during the process. Unfortunately, my main water line was hit but Groundworks, specifically, Clem, helped us through the process of getting our water back on and a place to stay while it was being fixed. Everyone was sincerely apologetic. Despite the hiccup, Groundworks did a great job. The employees I talked to were helpful & responsive. Even my inquisitive neighbor was impressed with their work. Now I'm just waiting on the post plumbing test to make my contract complete.

The crew was professional and outstanding. The work was done in timely fashion, photos were provided for before and after. We walked the house perimeter together to address any questions I had. In addition to doing quality work, they went out of their way to be kind and helpful to my elderly mother. My dog escaped the yard while they were there - definitely not the crews fault. The crew lead walked with my mother to retrieve the dog so that she wouldn't risk falling. In my opinion that spoke volumes about character!!! I will be sure to recommend Groundworks to anyone I know needing foundation repair or raising.

We had a great experience with both the crews. The exterior crew was great. The foreman Criss was awesome and his entire team. If I had concerns or felt like they needed to do something else or more they did it. And the other crew that was under the house in the foundation, they went above and beyond. And our rep Alex couldn’t be better. He was great and still being very helpful.

Jakalon and Damien were spectacular to work with. They coordinated their arrival, entry into the house (taking great care to keep the autumn leaves out), fixed the back patio sliding door (so that a 91-year old could easily work the lock), cleaned up the back deck (which was NOT part of their responsibility), coordinated all the cosmetic repair for the floor, and above all, were exceptionally professional, courteous, and respectful to us.

Very professional and courteous. Did a great job. Explained every step and what to expect. The crew of Jakalon and Rama were beyond fantastic. I can be a bit too much looking over the shoulder with my engineering mind but they were each gracious in assuring I understood every step of this intriguing process. My circle driveway was full of obvious voids, all cracked up and warped lopsided. They raised it all, in one spot 3.5 inches to flush. Just did a fantastic job.
