I was a little skeptical when I chose CWF restoration as I didn't know who to call after my hot water heater leaked and flooded my hallway, so I just picked them from Google hoping for the best. I can honestly give them a 5 star review. I called them about 11:00pm the night just after my hot water heater overflowed and was able to get a project manager out to my home by 8am the very next morning. The project manager, Josh Black, was very professional and efficient and had a team with carpet driers, etc., at my home by 1pm that day. The team was very efficient as well as they raised the wet carpet areas and put 3 fans and a dehumidifer to work. They had to run for nearly 3 days to completely dry everything out. Then they came back as scheduled and picked up the equipment. Then another team came out and did a thorough cleaning of the effected area. Now, everything is dry and after installing a new hot water heater am now back to 0. I definitely give Josh and his teams a 5 star rating and highly recommend them for this type of work.

After water damage from a broken pipe in our slab Eric Cho, Project Manager for CWF Restoration came to access the damage and necessary steps for mediation (getting rid of any water and mold) and restoration. Eric was extremely knowledge and professional. Eric easily put it all in lay person terms so that we could understand it all. CWF came highly recommended to us and it's easy to see why!

We recently had water damage at our home and were recommended to CWF Restoration by the plumber. We gave them a call and from there everything’s been great with the Technicians ( Julian / Jonas) ,Eric Cho the project manager who explained everything in detail & with Cheyanne giving us a check up call on the how the Reconstruction would be moving forward. Overall I recommend this company and their knowledgeable/friendly employees to anyone looking into a Restoration company. Update: Changing my review to a star since the reconstruction work was up to the work I suspected and I’m upset with that part of the work 😫

UPDATE: The service was great. They were very professional and did a great job cleaning up the water damage. However, price is the reason I gave them 3 stars only. They charge a 2 or 3% if you pay with credit card. To avoid that % fee you have to give them your routing and bank account number. NO WAY!! Not with all the hacking going on. The amount of money I spent to then pay a service fee for using my credit card is bad business. There are other places that don’t charge that and I looked them up. So if you are ok getting charged the service fee for credit card they will work. But unlike me, I don’t pay billing fees, they need to figure that out. After talking with manager, they accommodated my request about billing and would look into it. So after that I was able to give them 5 stars. Customers don’t like seeing services fees due to billing and they are looking into it.

Cavalry was fantastic. Trystan is professional, timely and flexible. We had an A/C leak through the attic floor and into our insulation and ceiling. They quickly came over and started the job by setting up fans and providing a fair estimate. The next day, workers showed up to remove the damaged part of the ceiling. Again, professional, timely and good quality work. After letting it dry, they provided a contact who can repair the drywall. We were very impressed by Cavalry and especially how non-intrusive they were. Highly recommend!
