I have been working with the owner Steven of BesTex Solutions for my last 2 roof replacements. It is crazy to think that living in Austin, Texas- you will be a victim of hail destruction at some point in time. Both of hailstorms that happened in the last 2 years have been horrific! My roof was destroyed each time including my brand new one that was installed January of 2024!!! I have nothing bad to say about BesTex Solutions because they got the job done each time. Roof replacement shenanigans are not for the “faint of heart.” The 1st time was kind of rough but this time ran smoother because his head foreman, Brendon Sims, was very professional and kept everything under control. Brendon Sims did a great job. Thank you, BesTex Solutions.

This is by far the best roofing company. I had the pleasure of working with Chris and Garrett Carey during this process. They made sure to answer all of my questions and made sure I was well-informed along the way. The girls in the office did an amazing job with communication and verifying all details with me. Once the crew and their project manager, Brendon, arrived, I knew I was in good hands. Brendon explained what I could expect as the day unfolded and sent me photos of any areas of concern he found. Both he and the crew went above and beyond on clean up; it was like they were never even there. 10/10 would highly recommend!

This is the first time I’ve had my roof replaced and could not be happier! They showed up on time and completed the job at record pace! I have seen others and known of others that had their roofs replaced and it took a lot longer than BesTex Solutions! They tore down and replaced the roof in 6 hrs start to finish! The clean up after and during the process was remarkable, you wouldn’t even know they had been there. They are also licensed which gives some piece of mind as well. They take great pride in the service they provide and will explain everything they are doing and will provide plenty of information for all the products they use. Highly recommend this company for any of your roofing needs!

Worst roofing “service” on planet Earth. Zero stars if Google allowed it. My elderly parents woke up to a knock last Wednesday. No appointment, no call, no nothing. Just a “Regional Manager” for BESTEX, standing on their porch with a clipboard and a fake smile. He used the oldest trick in the book: “Hey ma’am, I was ‘in the neighborhood’ and I need to perform an inspection on your roof. Mind if I hop up and take a quick look? It’ll only take five minutes.” My parents, too polite to slam the door, said “okay.” That’s all it took. Twenty minutes later Rob is back on the ground stating that their “roof is damaged,” and they NEED to repair it ASAP. Roof is 5 years old, installed by a reputable local company. Professional inspection was performed recently, ZERO damage, 20-year warranty intact. No storms or hail in our area for several months and no neighbors reported issues on their roofs either. When I called BESTEX to complain, Rob answered the phone himself. Zero apology. Instead he barked: “Your parent requested the inspection" which is FALSE. This is textbook predator tactics: Door-to-door scare blitz on seniors Fake urgency Bogus “free” inspection that locks you in Bully customers who push back This was also reported to the BBB, where they already have several claims for the same "tactics" Save your money, your roof, and your sanity. STAY AWAY FROM BESTEX.

Rob showed up and was super friendly, explained the process to me and got the job done right. The price was fair too. Definitely recommend them!
