I wholeheartedly recommend this company from this company for his professionalism and honesty. We contacted the company to get a quote for mold remediation because our contractor said he found mold under the floor of our dining room. We called this company and scheduled an appointment to get a free quote for the next day. This company arrived punctual and promptly began working. After inspecting the area to work on a quote this company determined that there was no active microbial growth in the area. He walked us through the analysis in detail. When I explained the situation with my contractor, and asked if he would be willing to talk to them on the phone he accepted. We called and he was incredibly patient and professional as he shared his assessment with my contractor. My contractor then asked if he would be willing to send his impressions in writing and he agreed and promptly sent an e mail with his findings. In the end, this company from this company was incredibly honest and professional. He said he could give us a quote if we wanted to move on and explained the different services his company could provide. However, he added that in his professional opinion we did not require the remediation services and would be better off replacing the damaged wood directly. We were moved by his professionalism, care and honesty.

It is only the first week of a long cleanup and reconstruction, but I have to share our exceptional experience so far. I found them through Google, and must say, you should not looking further. This is a full service company that does the mitigation and reconstruction. We experienced significant flooding from internal piping in our duplex which caused damages in floors and ceilings and walls of three of four bedrooms and all hallways. Within one hr of calling this company, this company project manager had shown up to do an assessment. He realized the severity and called part of an available crew over to start mitigation as as well address the leak in the upstairs unit. In the meantime, they have been thoroughly documenting the damage, assured us they will coordinate with insurance and have limited involvement on our end. This company guided us through the process and what to expect over the next few days and it has all played out exactly as described. The mitigation crew each day has been different guys but they have all been very nice and communicative with us. They are doing a lot of demo with a lot of equipment, and they have been cleaning as they go, so we can continue living here as normal as possible. Looking forward to completing the mitigation and the reconstruction with this team. I will post an update after the project is done.

My experience with Total Restoration Clear Lake was fantastic. I came home from a holiday to a burst pipe which collapsed the kitchen ceiling and resulted in water within all the walls and all over the floor. This company was quick to respond and sent out their technicians, they were extremely professional and comforting. The technician ensured the process was explained to me step by step and came back to the house a few times to conduct moisture tests to monitor the drying process.
