Our Houston Home had a plumbing flood while we were out of town And after remediation from the water damage co. We realized we would not use them to repair and remodel.Luckily we found stephen Bruno of Home Medic .Stephen Bruno met with us several times to review what we wanted to do and Offered us several ideas to enhance the whole look . I have been trying for months to try to get someone to come to my home to help with my floor that was installed. I text every month and nothing gets done. I was told things would be at my home months ago. I tired my hardest not to take to social media but enough is enough with the run around. From that one spot my floor has gotten worst and I wanted that to not happen but no one is giving me the time of the day. I call the corporate office and they say let me find the person that did the job. As you can see nothing never happens I’ve had my kids hurt their feet by the floor cutting them and that was the last straw. If this gets to someone who can help please help!
