Landmark just completed my third job, yes third because first two were beyond my expectations. I let them know what I need, comes out promptly, takes a complete look at what I need. Within two days I will have the quote. Then I schedule and he shows up as promised. Had Landmark build my “specialty” garage and they did a great job! During the first visit to discuss requirements, I knew based on the conversation it would be done right. We discussed car lifts and foundation requirements and the need for beams to support weight. I also wanted a large span of storefront glass that presented a challenge when it came to support for the roof. A large header was needed. A poolside bar with restroom in the back was also needed. VERY HAPPY with the result! The Landmark team addressed every question I had during the process and when I pointed out an area of concern, it was already identified by them and I was told what they were doing to address it. They were alway a step ahead of me resulting in a great experience! Highly recommend! If you need a high quality build, this is the team to do it!

Usually a hail storm is such a headache, but these guys walked us through the process with the hail claim for our roof from the beginning to the end. They worked with our insurance to make it super simple and quick. The guys showed up and finished the roof and two sheds on the property in one day!
