I did my due diligence when it came time to shop for wood floors and I chose Simmons Flooring. I'm glad I did. They are a family-owned business who really cares about their customers and making sure they are satisfied. Brian Johnson was my project manager and he was fantastic. My biggest issue when it comes to big house projects is a lack of communication from the company I'm using to service my home. No such issues with Brian whatsoever. He always texted me ahead of time when the selected flooring arrived, when the install date would be, what time they would be there, and the duration of the project. He also visited the home 3 separate days to make sure things were running smoothly. Good customer service is hard to find these days. Great customer service is nearly impossible, but Brian and his team delivered total satisfaction. In fact, service and performance was so exceptional, I'm strongly considering finishing out my home with wood floors. If you are on the fence, give Brian and his team at Simmons flooring a chance. They won't disappoint.

Simmons was great! In less than 2 weeks they came out and saw the room I needed carpet done in, got me a quote and completed install! Brian was prompt in responses and didn't make me wait, meanwhile I'm still waiting for a quote back from Lowes and Simmons already completed the project. Would reccomend!
