Groundwork: Foundation job consisting of placing 12 push piers in the ground that would correct the settling of the foundation which caused stair-step cracks along one side of the house. The team assigned to this job was foreman LJ and his crew members, Lee, Nike, and Jalen. Each one was very knowledgeable of the task at hand. They were professional, polite. LJ explained all that would be done and the time frame to complete it. I recommend this team for your foundation repair. They replaced everything back to the way it was or better. Thank you for a job well done, LJ and team!

Groundworks did an awesome job leveling my pool deck after year of settling. Pool company wanted to rip out the concrete and start over. Finding a reputable foundation company is hard to do these days. There are only a handful you can trust. We read many reviews and did some research. I finally chose Groundworks. Alex scheduled our Groundworks repairs and communicated well. He worked with us on a schedule to install 4 piers. Their supervisor, David, lead our job and kept us in the loop through the entire process. Groundworks completed same day installment, clean up afterwards and asked if I had any questions. We also had concrete patio foam work to remove trip hazard from uneven sections due to ground settling. Jesse was lead tech and a pleasure to work with. Both teams did an awesome job. Jesse and Chris were remarkable! I was concerned about rupturing irrigation pipes in the process and they demonstrated how careful and precise they did their jobs. There were three of us that hired Groundworks Dallas to level some sagging sidewalks and walk-ways. Both Jesse and Chris worked hard on a blustery, dank, cold December day and did absolutely superb work. We are glad we contracted with them. Quality work, great customer service and two very nice young men who worked very hard! A winning combination.

David and Diego was awesome and professional with the work. They walked through the process. They got it done the time they said. They cleaned up the working area. Very happy with the results. Will do more business in the future.. I initially left a five-star review but later dropped it to three stars after I noticed issues with the work. David and Diego came to level my patio last Thursday. After a couple of days, I realized that several areas were not properly filled. How did I notice? I ran a long stick underneath the patio and found gaps, then did a rubber mallet test, confirming there were still voids. I contacted David and sent him pictures and videos showing that the job wasn’t completed as expected. Rushing the work and asking for a five-star review is not the right approach. That being said, David and Diego were very professional throughout the process.
