I rarely leave reviews, but my experience with this mold remediation company was frustrating and deeply disappointing. What was supposed to be a 3-day job turned into over a week of disruption, with containment barriers left up for more than 7 days — long after we passed the air quality test on a Friday. Instead of removing them promptly, they told me to wait until Monday or take them down myself. Throughout the process, communication was poor and dismissive. They gave me attitude when I asked for doors to be reattached (which they had removed and left off), and I felt like I was constantly pushing back against unnecessary demolition they insisted on — including demolishing cabinetry and cutting into a wall that wasn’t part of the inspector’s protocol. I later had to pay out of pocket to re-wallpaper that area. One of the most alarming aspects was their failure to inspect the crawlspace before starting work. After a full day on the job, they informed me I would need to hire an excavation team or risk damaging our HVAC and plumbing — something that should have been assessed and discussed beforehand. They also stripped paint in some areas and dismissed the damage without accountability. In hindsight, I deeply regret choosing this company. I went with them based on the mold inspector’s recommendation, despite getting lower quotes from other providers who felt far more trustworthy and transparent. I’ve now spent thousands of dollars beyond the original quote fixing issues they caused or failed to anticipate. This experience left me unsettled and upset. They did not follow basic professional protocols, and my home — and wallet — paid the price. I would strongly advise others to trust their gut and look elsewhere.
