First Onsite was truly so wonderful to work with! They were quick to respond to flooding at our fitness studio, had the water out in a few hours and came back every day to check the dry wall. The repairs look fantastic and Greg was a great communicator! They made what could've been an absolute nightmare seem like an easy job for them. Highly recommend!

I wouldn't use them if the service was free! Started dealing with Case in February 2021, surprisingly our insurance company recommended them. They submitted two different claims for our roof leak, one for the actual roof and one for the inside damage. The insurance company wouldn't cover the inside damage because it didn't meet our deductible. I asked my insurance adjuster about the roof and she said there was no claim filed for the roof. I called Jennifer at Case about the roof and she said she didn't show an estimate was even done for the roof. I then asked Chris (the one who came out and did the claim) and he said yeah let me get with the insurance company i'm still working on it. Here we are 2 months later and it still hasn't been submitted. I told Chris I had to get the leak fixed and let's just proceed and then I can deal with my insurance company. After waiting weeks for a text back from both Jennifer and Chris, I ended up having to use another company for the roof. I still contacted Case about fixing the inside after we had another company fix the roof, Jennifer asked me to sign the contract but I informed her that it didn't include part of our living room that we also needed painted. Her response is always "I'll get with Chris about it". I've texted Chris twice about getting the inside repaired with no text back and this was two weeks ago. So here I am, three months after the fact, having to find another company to do the inside repairs.

Lots of challenges with this company. It's complex and I'm not even sure where to start. 1) Case worked on my roof several years ago. Recently Case's own roofers have confirmed that the work was incorrect. 2) I also have some recent damage in a different area. I tried to get Case to do this work as well so I could have one job where I would pay for the new damage and could use the warranty for the old damage. I thought this would make it more efficient for everyone. 3) Today Case calls me with incorrect information and I call them out on it. I was told the disagreement was petty and our conversation was unprofessional. I agree Case was exceptional unprofessional but since the disagreement was on who would pay for the work I don't think that is petty. I believe it's important to know who authorizes and who has responsibility for the bill before work begins. 4) Case also stated that the warranty isn't theirs. Case stated it is actually under my insurance company. I call my insurance company and they verify the warranty is actually under Case and that Case is mistaken. I went with Case years ago because they were recommended by my insurance company and I thought a company like Case would be good to work with long term. Now that I need the support they promised it isn't available. I strongly recommend working with any other company. Especially given every piece of work they have done for me to date has been wrong.

This is a fact-based review, no opinions. Case was recommended by my USAA insurance for repairs related to water damage. (Insurance claim) After my fiancé confronted one of the subcontractors about damage they caused to the house during the repairs, they denied it and quit without finishing the job. They then told Case that my fiancé had threatened them with a gun, so they left! I called Case and told them I have cameras all over the house, and that I have proof that the subcontractor was lying. There was no gun incident. They fabricated the gun story to avoid fixing the things they had damaged while working on my house. Case continued to side with the subcontractor, despite my evidence of them lying. Case then hired a new subcontractor who finished the job. There were discrepancies on the final invoice, which I was told would be adjusted to be correct. Sent multiple emails to them for months, asking them to correct the invoice so I can pay them. They never sent the correct invoice, and I got a call from my insurance company saying that Case was going to put a line on my house for non payment. I told the insurance adjuster what happened, and he contacted Case. Suddenly, the corrected invoice was sent and I paid immediately. There are several other unacceptable things that occurred, but I think this gets the point across.

My Insurance company (USAA) used Case to fix the storm damage aprx 4 years ago. The Gutter replacement was done very well. The rest of it was a disaster. The roof install (Flashing)was done incorrectly. The first leak two years ago was caused by this issue. Case hired a guy and two workers to install the roof. Was not a legitimate roofing company. The roofer was no where to be found. Would not answer calls or text messages. They got another person to fix the issue. The leak went into the kitchen ceiling. The ceiling needed to be repaired which they never did. after following up for a year, they said they had no record of the case and would not fix it. On July 28th, 2023 we had another leak from the same place. I have some well respected roofers going to correct the issue. Absolutely do not use this company. They are terrible and unethical. In the process of getting them Blackballed with USAA.

Save yourself the headache, DO NOT EVER USE THIS COMPANY. Absolutely horrible experience start to “finish”. They were recommended to us after a fire destroyed our kitchen island. We were bounced around from consultant to consultant after waiting weeks just to get started. They guaranteed they could custom build cabinets just like what we had. When they finally got started, they showed up with premade cabinets from Home Depot that they simple glued together to make a makeshift island that didn’t fit, but they insisted was fine. They then built out a make shift “wall” around the back of it to try to fill the gap that looked like it was slapped together by someone who had never built so much as a bird house. The trim was not cut correctly and came off after a week. Both the trim, the cabinet doors, and the back “wall” had to be fixed by someone else. We have half the storage we used to because they didn’t build it like we asked after promising they could. They then left us with wires hanging out of the island for over a month. We called multiple numbers we had been given of various people on our case and got no response. Finally they called demanding to know why had not been paid the final payment (due after completion) despite the job not being done. It was still another two weeks after that call before they got someone out to finish the job! Throughout the entire experience they were either hours early or late for every appointment, or just flat out didn’t show up. Having a fire was bad enough, but this company made the headache and experience 10x worse than it had to be. For reference of how long it took them just to complete a simple kitchen island that they didn’t even custom build, our fire was in august, they have just now finished the job at the end of January.

Had to put 1 star, which is ridiculous because that’s generous compared to what this company deserves! Highly disappointed in USAA for selecting this company to represent them. Customer Service from Management, to contractors, to billing department, probably the worst group of unorganized & rude individuals to ever deal with. 3 1/2 mths worth or work that should have been 1. Roofing fixed quickly! Knock out front door entry way & didn’t measure to see if replacement would fit. Leaving exposed nails & open holes to the outside, & having to ask for this to be covered up? Complaining that the floor we picked is too difficult to set because a supervisor was never present! Leaving job sites for 4+ hours & then returning to do very little work. Poor quality in replacing of drywall & front door replacement. Bowed area of flooring. Ignoring phone calls & texts. Repeated arguing about what should be done & when they”ll “get around to it” We have records of calls & texts from Kesha & Chris who are very much under qualified to do their jobs appropriately. Workers misusing bathroom facilities in our own home, disgusting! But when it comes time to pay, they sure are demanding. They threaten collections without even finalizing walk through, without returning storm door they felt was ok to take, & returning flooring material for their own credit, that we paid for. Then when they receive a check it’s lost to God knows where! They had a payment but threatened collections because of incompetence on the billing department! Please save yourself anymore hardship from whatever you need repaired & avoid this company! Their quality of work, awful. Their Customer Service 0 out of 10, & follow up is non existent. I would never, ever write a bad review for a company, but I want others to be able to avoid this nightmare we went through. We’ve reported to USAA & BBB will be hearing from us. This should be unacceptable & should be shut down for poor performance from a company.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I can't believe my insurance company (USAA) set me up with them. They do not communicate and they want their payment in full before they will even give you a start date. They will also take a century to complete the job. They came out to my property to assess the job in March 2021. They took measurements and sent me an estimate. By April I finally had the estimate and asked them to add one item. I'd also been asking them for a start date as I had tenants moving in in May. Each time I asked it was always something else; "we can't give you a start date until we order the material," "we can't give you a start date until the material comes in," etc. They told me they would order the material sometime in the end of April, but I just spoke to the project manager (Tom) today and he said he just ordered the material - its July. (I still don't have a start date). Also, my insurance company sent them a check in April and they said they couldn't start the project (or give me a date) until I sent in the payment for the remainder of the project. Now they finally call (July) and tell me my tenants have to move out for 10 days or they can't complete the project - even though I advised them of the tenants in April and they said they'd be able to do the job regardless of the tenants. So here I sit 4 months later, trying to get my money back, looking for a new contractor, meanwhile water still damaging my floors.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! They were recommended by my insurance company. They installed substandard cabinets in my kitchen. They installed them wrong which caused damages to almost every cabinet. When asked to fix the cabinets, they wanted to give me two cabinets, but refused to install them or fix the other cabinets. They were quick to take the insurance money though!! They also refused to give me invoices and receipts.

In love with my new room. The paint was exactly what I asked for. The response time and communication was on point. The price for what was done was great and very reasonable. They had all the right tools and gagets needed for an accurate quote. Took time to explain step by step for each process that would take place. No question was a stupid one. The Spanish staff were very patient, friendly, very hard working and quick! The office staff Amanda, David, and Caleb y'all rock to the fullest! 😉😁 Oh I looked them up and they are fully licensed educated contractors.
