My mom had a house fire October 22, 2024, Lyons Restore was chosen to clean pack and store her belongings. However this turned into a complete nightmare for my 83 year old mom. My family entrusted this company with her treasured and valued items. Considering she owns a lot of expensive items many were not returned in one piece. To start her king-size masterbedroom furniture returned no screws, nicked and dinged on every piece of the furniture both nightstands had the corners chipped off nightstand cost her $1200 for both her armoire priced at $1800 wasn't cleaned properly and also had a corner broken off. Bed returned with huge scratches as well as dresser priced at more than $2000 for the two. Now for her den a $1700 fireplace that weighed more than 300lbs magically disappeared, several sit around items from the den returned broken. Her brand new solid wood and glass tables were damaged. Now the living room her huge antique mirror supposedly got broken the mirror weighing around 250 to 300lbs. Large charger which was gold in color returned clear. Glass condenser bottom platform broken, fireplace screen bent, most of her vases returned broken. To sum it up she's missing quite a few items, im sure they felt she wouldn't miss anything since she had so much but between myself, my son, my daughter and mom we remember what she had. She was delivered several boxes with dog items and dirty shoes that didn't belong to her, so that let's me know some of her items were given away. Mr Lyons never reached out to my mom, it was always third party contact from whoever Tammy is, my daughter went to the business and made several calls only to be told Lyons wasn't available..its very sad to mistreat a elderly person as this company did, I pray this review is read to its entirety. This doesn't need to happen to anyone going thru something this tragic...BE CAREFUL WHO YOU TRUST YOUR BELONGINGS TO.

I cannot recommend this company. After my house fire, I entrusted them with my personal belongings, expecting professionalism and care. It took them several weeks to review my salvageable and non-salvageable list. When it was finally completed, they set expectations they later failed to meet, citing understaffing but never informing me in advance. They were hired to store my items and return them once the job was complete, including reassembling beds and other furniture. Instead, their disorganization forced me to hire additional movers to help. During unloading, my 65-inch TV was missing. Even after I provided the purchase receipt, they attempted to depreciate the value. It took weeks of persistence before they finally reimbursed me the full amount. This experience was stressful, frustrating, and far from professional.

Lyons cleaners has a wonderful staff that are professional and very knowledgeable of their jobs. Mrs. Raspberry is a jewel, when she say she will handle she does just that. Mr. Lyons is a very nice man. He listens and make sure his staff gets the job done. He talks with you himself that gives you a sense of he cares about you. I am a satisfied customer.

Worst experience ever. I will never ever use this company again. They have the WORST communication. They don’t return calls. They lie about when your stuff will be ready 3 days turns into MONTHS. If I could give 0 stars I would.
