Great customer service, the best in the business, I had two companies come to check out the damage and give me quotes, Service Master, checked the area of the damage from top to bottom, came in and set up completed the job fast and professionally. Had Serv pro come also and check the damage, they did not check the basement or even move the fridge, and then told me that they would have tear apart my island. If you want complete trust worthy service from start to finish..Service Master is the company!

I had a small water leak behind the fridge turn into a pretty big problem by the time I found it, but Jesse and Matt with ServiceMaster got everything handled like pros. After I first called, Matt was at my house in less than an hour to assess the water damages and start getting it under control. The next day Jesse came out and he definitely knows his stuff. Was extremely thorough at finding areas that had been affected and knowledgeable about how to deal with it in the most effective and efficient way. Great communication about what they found, and what would need to be done to solve the problem. Both Jesse and Matt were really friendly, helpful, and respectful of my house. They came back every day to check how things were coming along and make any adjustments needed. Jesse also worked alongside my insurance adjusters to make sure everyone was on the same page and that really brought me some peace of mind These guys were awesome, would highly recommend ServiceMaster in Rapid City to anyone who needs their services. Definitely glad I gave them a call, they made an unfortunate situation go about as smooth as it possibly could

We are so grateful for the team that came to help us with water mitigation in our rental home. Jesse and his Team responded to our emergency call on a Sunday after we awoke to our basement flooded. He and his Tram were easy to work with, very kind and respectful to our home and property. Jesse took the time to answer our questions and concerns and helped support our situation when visiting with our insurance adjuster. We appreciated his promptness and excellent skills from removing the carpet to drying out every corner of our basement to include our crawl space where the water entered our home. He ran a quick test and had his ozone machine with him so he plugged it in and we left it for a few days. Removed all traces of odor on both levels of our townhome. Great job. We called Jesse when we were experiencing a foul gassy odor emanating from our newly installed floor. The floor was making us sick but we didn’t know what to do about it. We desperately needed professional advice and our “shot in the dark reach out” for help turned out to be to Jesse. And we’re glad it did as I don’t think we could have found “in a million years” a more professional and knowledgeable person. He immediately recognized and acknowledged the odor and put our minds at ease when he said he thinks he’s probably smelled about all there is out there to smell. He quickly came up with a plan to remedy our situation and while he had other options…that he may yet have to try… he set us down a path that he feels is the most likely to help. So that’s what we’re doing now and while the outcome hasn’t been realized “yet” we’re optimistic it will be a success. He also…because of his time and experience in the business…was able to provide us with the names of other people/resources that may further help. It’s obvious to us that Jesse takes his business very seriously and does a lot of research to be the best he can at it. The service provided by Jesse and his team was above and beyond anything I could have hoped. He got my panicked call around 12am and was at my home by 2am ready to help anyway he could with our sewage flooded home (laundry room and basement were affected).
