I want to start by saying how appreciative I am of this company. We had issues with our septic in a 1962 house. Come to find out the septic was completely full! DeAndre and AL came out and pumped our tank! Come to find out our tank was basically caving in on itself, pipes were bad, just all around a terrible situation. DeAndre and AL were extremely helpful getting us setup for the weekend until our tank could be replaced. They were able to get the pipes unclogged and usable while we wait out the snow. I will also say I appreciate how professional but also personable they were while they were here. Next we did have some issues with financing, however Lacey in office was able to help me each step of the way. She was very communicative and kept me updated on all of our options until we were able to work it out. Tony and Michael came out today (2/6), and got started right away. The hole was dug within an hour and they went straight to work on the tank. They installed fresh pipes, got the tank installed/leveled out, and flattened the yard back out before the end of the day. They were extremely nice and made sure we knew what they were doing. My mom and I watched throughout the day and they did such an amazing job. The skills they have using the heavy machinery and knowledge on what to do was so much appreciated. Im thankful for each of the team members that worked hard on our project. I will be using WeCo from now on for all our tank/plumbing needs.

WOW!!!!! What fantastic service!!! Super friendly, professional, and knew exactly what they were doing. They were recommended to us by a family member, so I decided to try them out. Our service was getting due (it's been 4 years since our septic was cleaned) so I thought, why not.... What a great decision. Al (the driver/operator) was super friendly, and knew EXACTLY where the tank lid was in just about 2 minutes! He didn't fart around, taking up time, looking to scam you out of money. Extremely reasonably priced ( this was not an emergency service, just routine clean out), which was $550 for my tank (5 bed/3.5 baths). He got straight to it, did the job, and cleaned up and was done in about an hour. I scheduled this on a Friday for a Monday job, and they said they would be here between 2-4 pm. Sure enough, he was here about 330 pm. I can't express well enough how satisfied we are and HIGHLY recommend them!

I had a main sewer blockage. I specifically asked for the clog to be cleared. Instead, the technician spent most of the visit pricing a full system replacement. He ran a small battery auger briefly, hit resistance, pulled it out, ran a camera, saw roots, and immediately pivoted to recommending replacement. I paid nearly $470 for a minimal cable attempt and a quick camera look. When I asked about using a root-cutting head or hydro jetting, he paused as if contemplating honesty, said he coudn't and then followed up with wouldn't. Later, one of the supervisors called and suddenly jetting was an option, for another $600. I instead bought my own electric (emphasis added) auger for $350 with a root cutting tip, cut the roots, used root treatment, and now I have a temporary solution. . .like I asked for. It is clear this company is sales driven and is willing to use lack of plumbing knowledge against the homeowner. I would hate to think how many people they get with these awful sales techniques.

These people are the best! My pump from my Lett system died. They came out to assess the issue the same day I called! Actually within 3 hours. The next day they had the new pump and installed it! It was less than 24 hours from the first call! And, everyone I spoke with over the phone and meet in person were very professional and nice! Highly recommend them!!!

I own a mobile park home, was going to hire them to clean all our tanks. The technician was going to start with 2 units. He came out never heard back from them until 5 days later. To find out they didnt pump them out. I received a phone call from the company scheduler to get them on the schedule, I asked for what. She proceeds to tell me that the lids are 5-6 feet down, the tanks are not on risers and they need to rent a machine to dig them up. Now mind you this is the first im hearing of this, never received a call when they went to the property. I ask the lady for a quote for the work, a week goes by nothing. They call me back again to schedule, again said I never got the quote or proof of any of this needing to be done. Called a new company out today, they went out pumped the 2 units out no problem. No talk of being too deep or not on risers. Said tanks are in good shape. This company was just trying to make money.
