Scheduled an Estimate, which went fine and professional. After receiving an estimate, I attempted to schedule the service to be completed. It was scheduled, then they called to tell me it would not be able to be completed on the scheduled date since they overbooked a particular employee. They then offered a follow up date for the work to be scheduled, which I accepted and planned for. The day before the work was to be done, they called to inform me that the person they had scheduled that work with, would be unavailable. I needed the work done before a specific time, and their inability to properly schedule made that impossible to do. If you can get them to work on your flooring, I am sure it would be done excellently, but hopefully they make an effort to schedule work a bit more professionally in the future.
