I would highly recommend this company. Great communication so easy to work with. They did an amazing job we had mold some damage structure the original owners put the insulation in the wrong way. These guys went in and cleaned it all up replace what needed to be done and it is beautiful. And this will help the quality of the air inside our house, which is a great. We are very very pleased and if you're looking for someone to do the crawl space properly this is the company.

This company is very professional and efficient at what they do. We had very high moisture levels and mold in our crawl space. They remediated our mold and encapsulated our whole crawl space. Also to note, they did it in a just a couple of days. They were also very courteous. I would definitely recommend them for your crawl space needs. They also quoted us for cheaper than several other companies.

Amazing work by the folks at Best Breathing. Started having a mold problem in our new home's crawlspace. Gerrid was the most helpful and informative of the people we had come out to quote, and really took the time to give me options and understand them. They cleared out a bunch of old steel pipes and brick and debris in my crawlspace and did an awesome job clearing mold. The barrier looks great down there now and our house doesn't have any kind of musty smell anymore.

Heard good things about them from my brother in-law's coworkers. He did encapsulation work at their houses. Glad we took a chance and called them. NO regrets whatsoever. Gerrid was extremely professional as well as his team who came on-site to do the encapsulation. Had my doubts it could ever be done since my crawlspace was low, but they proved me wrong. Best Breathing is simply amazing and incredible! Mr. Gerred Clark is fantastic, a true gentleman and a man of his word. We called for an estimate for mold remediation in our kitchen. He immediately came out, did a very thorough inspection and gave an honest estimate. His work is very professional and the highest quality. He brought in his of professionals ( I.e Contractor, plumber, and carpenter, which were also excellent and masters in their crafts. He even coordinated all the appointments. We can not say enough about Mr. Clark! He has the best customer service. He wants the job to be done right and to the highest satisfaction of his customers. He is simply AWESOME!! Also, to show his authentic, refined and sincere character, we asked him if he knew a “tree trimmer” and he said “Me”. So he proceeded to cut down 3 large branches that were leaning heavily on our new garage roof! That says what kind of unbelievable guy he is! We definitely recommend his services!

AWESOME! That sums up the entire experience from the initial visit and throughout the entire mold remediation process. This house had some off the chart high levels of bad mold in addition to a crawlspace where animals had left some less than sanitary 'gifts'. They had me on the schedule and showed up exactly when they were scheduled and the entire crew made the Herculean effort required to get this mess cleaned up. Further, his network of professionals (i.e., electricians and HVAC pros) made the job seemless for me because I did not have to reach out and schedule them. Gerrid did all the coordination and I will say he brought in some excellent folks! Best Breathing = Best Customer Service. More importantly, the job was done correctly and my home smells so fresh and clean now.
