I couldn’t be happier with the service provided by Crawl Space Brothers! From start to finish, the entire process of encapsulating my crawlspace and installing a dehumidifier was seamless and professional. My crawlspace is so much cleaner and inviting to go underneath the house for any repairs. Special thanks to the amazing team: Mark, the knowledgeable and friendly salesman, Austin and Dakota, the skilled install technicians, and Brandon, the attentive general manager. They addressed all my concerns promptly and ensured the job was done to the highest standard. Highly recommend their services for anyone needing crawlspace solutions!

Referred to me by a friend/former customer of Crawl Space Bros - Brandon and his team were consummate professionals throughout the time we worked together. From the initial quoting process (I pulled 5 quotes for this partial encapsulation) to implementation to close out/billing and follow up - they were a pleasure to work with. Communication was excellent. They went above and beyond during the installation, even extending my vapor barrier farther up the walls of my crawl space than is typical for a partial encapsulation- just because that was my preference. This is a fantastic group - I wont hesitate to work with them again.

Crawl Space Brothers did an amazing job with my crawl space! From the initial estimate, planning and scheduling, to the communication and workmanship, the entire business is phenomenal. Huge compliments to Bryan and Brandon! Bryan was able to complete the crawl space encapsulation and dehumidifier installation in two days, all the while maintaining impeccable communication throughout his work. Brandon, being the manager overseeing this area of South Carolina, was very focused on delivering clear communication on what to expect, timeframe, and any last minute changes or additions (if any). Any questions I had were answered clearly and concisely, allowing for a smooth, peace of mind experience. It was very clear from the beginning of my project that Crawl Space Brothers business model is one that seeks to put their client's first, keeping the client's mind at ease, all the while delivering a top quality product! Thanks again Crawl Space Brothers, keep setting the example for how business should be done! *Edited Review*: While the above applies to the installation, turns out the work doesn't match the inital impressions. After nine months from the installation, I've had water on top of the moisture barrier four times in multipe areas of my crawlspace and not even during the heaviest rains! I've called every time and get the same canned response, "someone will call me back," but never does. Now, this being the fifth time with the appearance of water, I'm doing my own moisture removal after the most recent storm to avoid any potential mold growth since the power hasn't been restored over five days now. Really disappointed. Will potentially alter my review if anyone ever returns my calls. *Edited Review*: Brandon from Crawl Space Brothers called me back and talked me through potential issues as related to the accumulating water in the crawlspace after installation and after most rain storms. As of now it has not rained so it's not clear if anything suggested has solved the issues. If the suggestions by Brandon resolves the issues, then that'll be great. Thanks.

Also installed drainage control and a sump pump in my crawl space, then encapsulated the crawl space. Now my crawl space consistently averages 50° and I have a dehumidifier which keeps the humidity approximately 50%. The system seems to be working perfectly after 8 months. The workers were great and we're responsive to my concerns during the job. I chose Crawlspace Bros. After quotes from 5 other companies during a deep search because I had to save up the money and do a lot of prep work by myself. I would recommend them to anyone.

What an incredible team and experience! David did a great job coordinating, pricing, and answering questions. He coordinated with Brandon to get us set up on the schedule and very quickly we were underway with phase 1! Brandon kept us updated on timing and details. Mike, Hunter, and Dakota went well above and beyond getting everything installed (explaining their methods and materials) and in getting everything put in place. Their detail was outstanding and they were extremely neat and thorough. Mike walked me through the dehumidifier settings and all inspected the work. Brandon came out a few days later for the final inspection and to complete the project. Five stars falls short in describing the excellence of the team!
