Jacob came out and did a thorough inspection and gave us an idea of what we needed to have done. Additionally, Crawlspace Medic replaced a dehumidifier we had that was under warranty which wasn’t working as expected. Super pleased with the experience all around. An easy 5 out of 5 star rating, for sure! Will recommend this service in the future.

Ben was here for our appointment on time! He did our crawl space inspection and gave us a complete report with pictures of many points of interest that answered our concerns. Much to our pleasant surprise he said he felt no work was needed and all looked very good! Ben, at our request did give us ideas about improvements we could consider for the future but none that are needed right now. We couldn't have asked for a more pleasant, thorough and honest evaluation of our crawlspace! We will definitely take our business to him in the future. Elvin Ventresco

We had Crawlspace Medic put some dehumidifiers in a crawlspace a couple of years ago as we had a high amount of moisture readings in the space. We had two installed and they got the moisture readings back under control within a few days. It was an absolute pleasure dealing with them back then, and still is today. We had a blockage issue in one of the drain lines and they got me on the schedule immediately to come take a look and got everything back in working order. They sent text messages along the way to make sure I knew who was coming and what time they'd be there, and then a detailed follow up of the work performed. I would highly recommend Crawlspace Medic!!!

I had a fantastic experience with Crawlspace Medic. When an inspector discovered that my foundation had issues that needed to be repaired before a sale, Clark and his team moved quickly to help. BJ and Jacob were able to identify a great solution to a problem that other companies overcomplicated. They were professional, communicated well, took the time to send before and after photos, and clearly took pride in the quality of work they produced. I cannot recommend this team enough. If you want guys that are responsive, honest, and committed to getting the job done right the first time, give them a call. They’ll certainly be my first call from now on. Five stars.

Not knowing exactly what to expect from Crawlspace Medic I was very impressed with the work that was done. The work included digging a French Drain under my house from one end to the other, a distance of around 70 feet, with a sump pump at one end and additionally replace an existing brick pier which was leaning with a new pier. The work at my home was completed quickly and done in a professional way. The crew that did the work was careful so as not to damage anything around them and when the job was completed they did a very good of removing the debris. I will use Crawlspace Medic if I have a need in the future.

I have no complaint about my recent experience nor my initial experience in 2021. In addition to promptness for each scheduled appointment, Crawl Space Medic honored, without hesitation, the warranty for the vapor barrier that was installed in 2021. It was replaced due to a manufacturer defect and there was no issue. Both installers were professional.

They addressed the issue quickly to my satisfaction. They were also cheaper than a competitor I got a quote from. Also their solution was more comprehensive and better addressed my issue. Highly recommend!
