I am very pleased with the outcome of my floor supports!! They will last longer than my lifetime! I wouldn't think of having this done in any other way. Foreman, Tyler Barnhart and his crew were very professional, neat and tidy. I didn't have any mess to clean up besides some dust which I expected. I want to thank Tyler for keeping in touch with me through the process and sending me pictures of the progress, since I couldn't be present during the work. I would also like to thank Bob Massaro, the salesman, for his patience with me and answering all of my questions and even making a revisit to assure that all of my concerns were addressed. Thank you again for a job well done!!

The before and after photos do the talking! We had a small portion of our basement that was never included in the original French drains so we had years of the effects of drainage issues to deal with in our basement when we bought our house in the fall. Baker’s was efficient from the start. Our original contact, Marcello, worked with us around our busy schedule and gave us a quote and explained what work would be done. Then the team of Nick and Daylen completed the labor and were courteous, professional, and efficient during the renovation. With a clean dry space, we were able to move forth with a better well system. All looks great! Nice work!

Had a great experience with Bakers Waterproofing. The guys did a great job! Huge thanks to Jory, Cale, Shay, and Joel for taking this tough job. Had a few kinks to get over but we are overall happy with the way it turned out, no water in the basement and no worry! Crazy before and after

Colson, Norm, & Travis stabilized our foundation and did an amazing job cleaning up. They took time to explain the process and got the work done within 2 business days. There was a bathroom in the basement that needed some minor demo and they managed to keep a vanity that was blocking the work zone intact (despite setting my expectation for it to be demo-ed). They also kept the waterline and electric there in good shape. If you get this work done, expect the dry wall to be removed where needed. Some patches of the yard will also be dug up for the work. This is within expectations and the drywall and any dust were cleared out. The impact on the yard was also limited to just the work areas and patches were replaced with care . I worked with Angus on the initial project & contract and he was amazing to coordinate with and extremely knowledgeable. Foundation is the 4 letter word in home repair and Baker's made the process less stressful and left us feeling reassured. Financing is available for those of us who have several areas of the house to repair and a long bill to cover that.

Bakers Waterproofing - now Groundworks is highly recommended. Our Annual maintenance Rep - Kris W is a great representative to work with. He Noticed our dehumidifier wasn’t working and replaced it right before our maintenance contract ended. We then needed to have our crawl space abated and prepared for additional water proofing and insulation protection. The Technicians Cale A, Shay P, and Kysannte D were great to work with. Cale led the team and he kept me abreast of everything they were doing and shared pictures of the progress. All of them worked efficiently and got the job done in 2 days although 3 were allocated. They cleaned up the space nicely. You will be lucky to get Cale and his team to do your crawl space work. Highly recommend Groundworks !

I would highly recommend Bakers Waterproofing to anyone who’s dealing with foundation settlement issues. To start with Wendell W. spent a good amount of time going through the house with me, looking at every crack and measuring how much the house had settled. He answered every one of my questions, explained what he was seeing and how he was making his determinations. He then explained how it could be fixed and also how the process works (such as Bakers is the one to contact the utility companies and they get the permit). Then Nate and Dean came out and did a great job of securing the house. They arrived nice and early both days, giving us a call beforehand that they were on their way and started pretty much as soon as they arrived. My house apparently does not have a footer in one place which I know must have complicated the job, but they were able to adjust and find a solution. Nate showed me what the problem was, explained that the plans changed a bit and how they would proceed. The communication was stellar, they let us know step by step what they were doing and what we could expect; at one point letting us know that we may feel the house shift just a little and that it was normal and nothing to be concerned about. Beyond just the work they did they were very personable, easy to get along with, very courteous of the house so they kept everything super clean and organized and they didn't leave a mess behind. And even though there was a slight adjustment it didn't delay the work. I wouldn't hesitate to suggest Bakers if you're having issues with your foundation, the whole experience was smooth, and Nate and Dean were amazing!

Sean Sims and his Crew did an excellent job. My chimney and brick wall was pulling from the house approximately 5 inches at the top .They installed the peers, and jacked the house foundation and got it to 1 inch from where it was prior. Sean has a great worth ethic ,very hard worker and strives for perfection. I am very pleased with their work and would recommend hiring them again.

Baker's Waterproofing is by far the worst decision I have ever made when it comes to my home. When we were sold our system and paid $29,282.97 we were promised a dry basement and that is not what we got. Instead, we have experienced a flooded basement and have been ignored when trying to resolve the problem over the past month. We were told by three different Baker's employees that our system was not installed properly. (They did come and fix the problem, but I had to call continuously and threaten to contact the BBB to get them out here two weeks after the problem occured.) Instead of running the system under the wall between our laundry room and garage they took the lazy way out and didn't connect the two parts thus causing water to not flow freely to the sump pump. Water backed up in other parts of the system and essentially spilled out onto our floor through the ports Baker's installed in our floor. We spent $12,000 remodeling a basement office space that we now can't use. We paid out of pocket to have our basement office and laundry room tested for mold after we experienced the water in our "guaranteed for life dry basement". We lost furniture and rugs totaling $300. The big thing is that we lost our newly installed flooring and baseboards. The company claims that these are "personal" items and refuses to reimburse us (or point out where in the contract it states that flooring and baseboards are personal items and not structural). My attorney advised me that a lawsuit would be more expensive then simply replacing my damages, but I want to warn others to stay away from this company. They claim to be "experts in waterproofing", but they have been nothing but a headache since day one. Once they have your money they ignore you and do not take ownership for their mistakes. Did you know that they also install downspout systems to keep water away from your house at a fraction of the cost of one of their "fancy" systems? My house probably would have been better protected had I looked into something like that. Now I'll be paying off my system for the next seven years while trying to save up to replace what I've lost. Please do not do business with them. It all seems like a scam to me and I feel like a fool for inviting them into my home to help me create a better living space for my family.

Wendell W. came to look at my water issue. He did an excellent job of explaining what needed to be done to correct it. Cale, Shay and Joel came to start the waterproofing project and discovered that the back wall of my house was bowing. Martin came to evaluate what needed done. The team stabilized my back wall and also did the interior work to fix the water issue. Installing the stabilizing bars wasn't easy due to so much rock. The guys worked very hard (they had to rent another machine) and got the job done in one day!! The guys cleaned up the inside and left the outside looking great!! I look forward to seeing the system do its job. I would recommend Bakers Waterproofing! Thanks

The team of Theron and Roger just completed the installation of sump pump, battery, channel and pipe system at my home. These gentlemen were punctual, professional, kind and encouraged questions from me and were happy to explain everything. They were respectful of me and my property and cleaned the driveway prior to leaving for the day. The project was originally proposed in a different way; upon walking through , Theron the foreman re-evaluated the options and I agreed to the changes which also were able to be accomplished without moving the hot water tank and laundry tubs and other extra work. Theron also adjusted the contract and price which then saved me money. His action spoke volumes of great customer service. First and foremost, excellent customer service was exemplified by both Theron and Roger introducing themselves and extending their hands to shake mine upon arrival. They did an awesome and professional job and I highly recommend them if you are in need of such a project in your home.
