Be aware of this company! We had multiple items sent to Vision Tech after a fire in our home. Our Dyson vacuum was returned to us still full of dirt; when we turned it on it had an overwhelming smell of smoke. Our oven was returned to us with two burners not working and our oven was inoperable. A computer that was returned to us still didn't work and we sent it to a computer tech who performed the proper repairs. Our kitchen aid mixer was returned to us still covered in dirt from the water that the firefighters sprayed in our home. This company clearly performed zero repairs and happily accepted a check from our insurance company. When I contacted them for a detailed list of what they had done they couldn't supply any form of documentation of what exactly was done. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I have filed a complaint with the BBB and the PA insurance fraud bureau.
