I was excited to be able to support a local business for my flooring needs. We definitely had some communication issues as the email with the quote was sent to the wrong address, but with some work we were able to get everything sorted out. The delay in communication caused a delay in getting the carpet installed, however when they did get it in, we were very pleased. The team was efficient and did an excellent job with the install. Would use them again

(FYI Photos are from the job Lowes completed and not Advantage Flooring) I wanted to support local businesses and saw the good reviews but after my experience with them, I see why I typically don’t. They came out to do measurements and found my kitchen and living room are not level. To remedy this, he stated they would have to lay a sheet of wood in the living room and hallway to level the floor, which is more square footage than the kitchen. I asked why he couldn’t just tear up the kitchen floor instead. He stated tearing up the kitchen floor would be too difficult compared to laying a sheet of wood in the other rooms. After the measurements, our next step was to go pick out the flooring we wanted. The sales associate showed us the section of flooring we wanted and told us that everything was within our price range of $11k. So we picked out our favorite one and she stated she would get back to us with the full price as she doesn’t have the exact cost at the moment. About a week later we get a call that the flooring is more expensive and that we would pay $20k. Way above our budget and what we were told this type of flooring would cost. So we decided to come back in and pick a different floor. This time a different sales associate was helping us and we told her what we talked about with the other girl. She pulled up our paperwork and saw we were quoted $11k and that the new price was $20k. She stated she understood our frustration and would be upset too that we were mislead about pricing. She called the previous girl to see what she was working up but she refused to help out and that we would have to come back another time. After all of that and weeks of dealing with being mislead we decided to just go through Lowes. We paid $5k through Lowes for similar floors (compared to $20k with Advantage Flooring) and the team that did my floors just tore up the kitchen floor to level everything, which saved so much money as compared to Advantage Flooring that wanted to add more wood instead of tearing up the kitchen floor. Lowes did an excellent job with my floor and at less than half the cost of Advantage Flooring. Do not recommend this place due to poor customer service and adding unnecessary work to charge their customers more. Very misleading place.

Our new carpeting is beautiful. Ashley was very helpful in steering us to the best choice of carpet for us living with three cats. The gentlemen installing the carpet were very professional, doing the work with care, cleaning up, being respectful of us, as we were home while they worked in our small house. I highly recommend the products and work of Advantage Flooring.

Everyone at Advantage Flooring was friendly and very helpful! We decided to install it ourselves to save money, and because of having to move all our furniture from room to room while installing it. They helped us find what we wanted, take the samples home for a few days, then place the order. When it came in they helped us load it box by box (40+ boxes). I definitely recommend Advantage! We are very happy with our floors!

I found Advantage flooring after searching for companies that sold counters. I walked in and Troy directed me to exactly what I was looking for. My kitchen is an old farmhouse kitchen from the 1910’s so measuring was a challenge. The company had a great templater and great installers! Ashley was great with communication and clear about price and timelines. I really appreciated how fast the company worked with me and how great the communication was. From the office staff to the installers, everyone was polite and friendly and most importantly did a quality job. My kitchen means a lot to me, it’s a source of my income and I really put trust in Advantage Flooring and they did the job perfectly! I’ll be working with them again in the further and recommending them to everyone I know!

One Stop Shop!..Great customer service with the owner and the store manager! I had tile, vinyl and wood flooring taken out and replaced with a floating floor. Wallpaper removal and painting also done. Counter tops in my kitchen and bathrooms were replaced with Granite. Basic electrical work and handy man services were also completed. I was totally satisfied with Advantage Flooring's work and customer service!

We purchased engineered flooring to remodel our kitchen summer 2020. We called and had Troy and Stephanie come out to evaluate how much flooring we would need. They were awesome! Very friendly, attentative and punctual. Although it is a business they took everything into account and suggested flooring that would fit our lifestyle. We then went into the store and picked which floor would look right in our home. Again, they were very helpful and considered our budget throughout the process. Troy said the floor would take a week or so after we ordered to come into the store. We were fine with that because it would be a few weeks until we would start the remodel. Troy asked about install and I felt my wife and I could manage that. He then explained the process and how to best complete the job. The floor came in four days later! I was amazed since it was during COVID 19! We couldn't pick it up right away so they said they would deliver free of charge! It is now September 2020 and we are finishing our install and have had a few questions about how to complete the project. We have called and they immediately answered our questions! The flooring is beautiful! We will definitely use Advantage Flooring again. You do not get this level of service or knowledge from the big box stores! Thank you Richard Huff
