We would highly recommend using Doyle Adjustment Group. We worked mainly with Champ but everybody else in the office was also extremely helpful. Doyle obtained a settlement from our insurance company far in excess of what our insurer initially offered us. We have told family, friends and neighbors of our good experience with Doyle.

I am shooting from the hip and I don't care whose feelings I hurt in the process. The option for zero stars is not available, so I had no choice but to give a one star. This company is the equivalent of ambulance chasing personal injury attorneys at best... scam artists at worst. We had a fire in our home at the beginning of the summer and when they came in and did the assessment, they filled our heads up of their grand ability to bring insurance companies to their knees because, and I quote, "when they hear a public adjuster gets involved, the will settle a claim faster and for more." They promised a couple of weeks at most... the claim just got settled the middle of November. They also promised they would be able to get the repairs and upgrades needed to make our home safe, upwards of $5,000. They accepted, without communicating with us, a fraction of this ($1,800 to be precise and accurate) and then subsequently, after informing us they would only take 10%, proceeded to send us a check in the amount of $250.00. We got more communication from OUR insurance company than from the public adjuster themselves and the adjuster repeatedly placed the blame on our insurance company when the adjuster was on vacation or just didn't respond at all. We are now left with having to do the repairs ourselves based upon lies and false promises from this company. If you have a fire, don't bother with returning their voicemail as this was the only reason that we even bothered contacting them, they were the only company that left a voicemail introducing themselves and making themselves "appear" professional. UPDATE: 12/17/2025 Well apparently I rankled some feathers with my previous review... and guess what I'm not slowing down. I find it quite interesting that approximately two weeks or so to the day, all of a sudden, out of the blue, the adjuster from Doyle calls and leaves a voicemail for my wife with regard to the claim saying, "Yes, we got X amount, but we were waiting to call you to push to get more." This is after in November having already sent a check in the amount of $200.00. Nice try guys. Apparently you all must believe stupid is written across my family's forehead and we don't realize you likely read the review and are trying to cover-up and save face. Have a Merry Christmas. :)

Please Please beware of this company. If I could give no stars I would. We had a fire and hired them to handle our claim and we got no where with them. So after about 6 months of dealing with poor communication, unprofessionalism and being told lies, we had to fire them and move onto handle our claim by ourself. It was a huge waste of time. I wish I knew better because they take 10 percent of your money and for what? Dealing with these adjusters at this firm was a nightmare. If I fully explained all we went through with them I would fill this page up and run out of space to write it all. I dont really write reviews but I do feel people who are looking for a PA to be careful. The lesson I learned was to save your money and just work directly with your insurance adjuster.

I would highly recommend Doyle Adjustment Group, Let me start by saying never trust your Insurance Company, regardless of who they are, they work hand in hand with restoration companies to get you the least amount of money they can pay out. In August 2024, we came home from vacation to find our water heater had gone, spilling water all over our Family room. I filed a claim with Allstate and called a local restoration company. Allstate denied my claim and would only pay $3,000.00 for the cleanup by the restoration company, stating the damage did not meet the guidelines of my policy and state provisions. We reached out to Chris Schindle of Doyle Adjusters. The amount of time and effort that Chris put in fighting for us was incredible. I even asked him to give up so I could get the repairs done. He never gave up and kept us informed of every update, including us in emails sent to Allstate. After an 8-month fight with Allstate, Chris was able to secure over $15,000.00 in damages for our Family Room. The work and time Chris put into helping us show his and Doyle Adjusters' commitment to helping their customers.

We recently used Doyle to assist us with water damage to our laundry room and basement. I can tell you that the experience was fantastic from start to finish. Christopher Schindle was prompt and efficient from the moment he took our claim. He was very knowledgeable and took lots of time to explain how the process would work. Unfortunately, our insurance provider was less than stellar in the handling of our claim. This did not deter Christopher and Doyle Adjustment one bit. They persisted with phone calls, emails, texts…..whatever it took to have our back to get our claim paid and paid properly. They kept us in the loop on things throughout the entire process, even if it was just a quick message to touch base to let us know where things were at in process. We were made to feel like their priority was getting us taken care of no matter what. I would highly recommend Doyle and Christopher to anyone in need of assistance with their property damage claim.

Doyle adjustment group took care of me during my house fire which was a pretty unique situation. The house experienced a smoldering fire with smoke and heat being the main contributors to damage. The damage was extensive. My house was gutted and cleaned. I had a force-placed policy which made the job for my public adjuster, Chris, even harder. I won't lie, I'm unhappy about the turnout, but that was strictly due to my homeowners policy alone. My public adjuster did everything in his power to get me back the most amount of money from the insurance that was possible. What could have been a small reimbursement on my own without an adjuster, turned into an insurance payout worth paying for. The insurance company accidentally sent out a check that would've been a $9k payout for a $60k loss. My public adjuster just about tripled that making sure I got the best turnout possible despite my deductibles and depreciation values. We had a sewer backup/ flood into the house and what a mess. I didn’t know where to start and someone recommended Doyle Adjustment Group. Champ and his company were a God send. They came in and just took over everything. They were here the next day cleaning up, doing the demolition and gave me a very detailed estimate on the repairs. The best and most important thing was they dealt with the insurance company and I did not have to do battle with them! Everything from beginning to end they did.
