I had an excellent experience with Ed Lampl. He was incredibly thorough and went above and beyond during the inspection. He took the time to explain everything in detail and answered all my questions. I received a very detailed report within just two business days, which included clear results and recommendations. Ed then called me the following day (even though it was a Saturday!) to make sure I understood the report and to answer additional questions. What really stood out was that he also provided helpful doctor recommendations, reputable remediation companies, and additional tips for keeping my home healthy moving forward. His professionalism, knowledge, and attention to detail were outstanding. I highly recommend Ed Lampl to anyone who needs mold testing or inspection services for their home. You’ll be in great hands!

We hired Ed after dealing with a dishonest contractor who caused major damage and cost us a lot of money. If we had called Ed first, we could’ve avoided most of it. He’s professional, honest, and genuinely cares. He explained everything clearly, pointed out critical issues, and gave solid advice. Don’t make the same mistakes we did — call Ed right away.

If you suspect your house is making you sick and you need real answers CALL ED. I reached out in distress, and he prioritized my situation with incredible compassion and urgency. He found 99% moisture saturation in my basement immediately. He is honest and practical and he didn't try to upsell me on 50 useless samples; he took exactly what was needed to prove the hazard and save me money. Given his background, he understood the health implications immediately. He validated that the environment was unsafe and gave me the scientific proof I needed. If you want someone who is high-tech, no-nonsense, and actually cares about the human living in the house, this is the guy.

I hired Ed to do mold testing at a house I recently bought. If I could give him 10 stars, I would. In addition to being completely honest about the testing (he clearly knows what he is talking about and doesn't do mold remediation, so he has no incentive to tell you you have problems when you really don't), he spent a lot of extra time basically doing a free home inspection and giving me all kinds of great advice about stuff completely unrelated to the mold testing. I didn't know about him before I closed on the house, but now that I do, I will never use another home inspector. He's very knowledgeable and passionate about helping people. I cannot recommend him strongly enough.

I couldn't be happier with the service that Ed provided. We discovered evidence of mold just a few days after bringing our first child home. Ed came out on a Sunday and was extremely thorough. He went above and beyond in educating us on the testing that was being performed and other potential hazards to be on the look out for in the home. When we received our testing results, he promptly followed up over the phone to explain the results in detail and let us know how concerned we should be about the results. He mentioned several times that he hopes that you will learn something that will help a friend or family member in the future.

Ed did a signed and sealed report for us and was extremely thorough. Swept through our entire home twice over to make sure he saw everything since I’m immunocompromised. Even made friends with our dog along the way. Truly a kind professional whose the best at what he does.

Ed's knowledge, professionalism and his expertise was very helpful to me in the testing, explanation and guidance on options. He answered all of my questions, it was so right on point more than I can say on making the right cost effective decision. He's friendly, personable, communicative and professional. If I could would give him 10 stars plus.
