You will be walked through what is going to be needed, then they do exactly what is agreed to and charges you exactly what is quoted. There is no double speak or games with the project. I was completely at ease, additionally the day of the job the owner and installer are respectful of your home, rugs, walls, etc.- so don't be nervous about any of those concerns. Although it may not have all the "bells & whistles/ overhead/ marketing material" of the larger operations in the area, it is a privately owned business and should be because this guy has decades of experience and gets the job done without all the nonsense. If you want honest answers and a fair price call him.
