I have used RMF for two years for my house repairs and they did the plumbing for my master bathroom renovation in Fall 2018 in which they were sub contracted. I was very happy with the work Bob and his team did during the remodel. I hired them in 2019 to do the entire renovation for the master bathroom in my mother's house. A beautiful walk in shower! In addition to the bathroom projects, they have done several kitchen plumbing projects, (new facets & trash disposable) installed new ceiling fans, replaced old hardwired smoke detectors with new ones, and replaced out side hose faucets at my house and mother's house. There are several other projects I have hired them for, most recently electrical and construction. Bob and his team are very polite and have a strong attention to detail. They do not take short cuts. They are true craftsman in their trades of plumbing, construction, and electrical contracting. They are very trust worthy in my home and around my pets. I have and would continue to highly recommend them to do home improvement projects or I would call them for an emergency repair. I no longer need my Angie's List subscription!

I first found this company a few years ago when in the dead of winter my water heater broke. I had to shut off my water at the main because the valve broke on the heater. Bob’s guy came out right after his job he was currently on and asked to have pictures texted so they could come prepared with the right heater. They were extremely polite, clean and considerate. My basement is truly a basement and they still showed respect. I decided to hire them back a few weeks ago to replace my aging water shut off valve and the sewer pipe. They were again prompt, polite/respectful and so fast. I was so happy with how they handled themselves, that I had to send an email directly to Bob to let him know. I have another job that I am interested in moving forward with and had questions. Bob had me call him at the office and explained everything in detail. I will definitely call them for future work.

After receiving great customer service for an emergency and referring them to my parents which they did more great work, I had one of the most horrible experiences I've ever had with contractors! Bob himself came and we talked about exactly what we were looking for. The proposal was emailed to me and I put down our deposit. He called us the night before when he wanted to do the work but I was not available. We called and left voicemails to get scheduled. We sent emails. No contact. They FINALLY scheduled the work for today and the contractors came this morning. They said that they had been confused and weren't prepared for the job and needed to go get supplies. Two hours after that, they were still not back and so I called. Bob claimed that what I had originally said was not what I told the contractors when they were here this morning!!!! I am LIVID!!!!!!!! Completely their fault and I am made to be the one in the wrong. So disgusted with how we were treated!!!!
