I had a major water leak in my house. I called Paul Davis, and they had someone there in less than 2 hours. The guy that came to my house did a thorough inspection, and came back the next day to start the demolition. They did it quickly, and showed up when they were supposed to every time. It was done right the first time, and nowadays its hard to trust people. I trust Paul Davis for anything related to demolition or restoration.

Indra Travis came to remove contamination from the wall in our basement. He did a nice job, very friendly & cleaned everything up that he removed. He was very polite and was punctual. Still haven’t started repairs from may issue… just keep saying people aren’t doing their jobs and they are firing people. When they came out to show us floors from water damage I asked which ones are in stock … they showed me…. A month later they were able to order…. Company may be great but this location is a living nightmare. Communication is a choice not a talent. They choose to stink.

When I received a frantic call from my son informing me of water flowing through the ceiling of our home I knew I was coming home to a situation that was quite literally over my head. With a single phone call I felt the full support of a knowledgeable team who came to assess the damage, our safety and begin mitigating that very evening. A second floor pipe burst causing water damage on all three floors of our home but when all was said and done their timeliness and attention to detail prevented our situation from being much worse. In addition to their services on site they also interfaced with our insurance company which alleviated even more pressure from the situation.
