Very unprofessional!! I would give negative stars if I could. We contacted WTR environmental for their asbestos removal services. We scheduled a day for them to come and they completely didn’t show up to do the job. They rejected all of our phone calls and ignored our texts. We were in need of this service to close on the sale of our house and now have to move out the closing date. I would not recommend this company! EDIT: WTR committed to providing their services “possibly Thursday afternoon but will definitely be able to come on Friday” on Thursday morning we called to see if they would just be able to come Friday as we were working with the tenant and they committed to that day previously. They expressed no concern. Thursday evening we gave them the address and they responded ok. On Friday morning, they would not answer our calls. I had a contractor and the tenant waiting for them to arrive all morning. We called from a random number and they answered very surprised to find it was us. They claimed they had an “emergency job” come up but will call later in the evening to reschedule. They never reached out to reschedule.

We had vermiculite insulation that contained asbestos fall into our daughter’s bedroom. Luckily WTR was there for us and cleaned her room and removed all of the vermiculite from our house. Everyone at WTR was very friendly and caring. I’m glad we hired them and highly recommend their services. Thank you WTR!!!
